Hot Springs Hotels in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

The hotel is spectacular and the food and service is very good. The spa water is a little cold and in the room with so high ceilings costs it has a good temperature. The restaurant service is very good.

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We had a problem when we arrived with the reservation and they quickly resolved it.

I was for one night, because it was for oppositions. All very clean and pleasant, a little expensive, because the prices were shot by the opposition topic that day in Albacete. The breakfast buffet was very good, all except coffee.

All perfect . It does not have parking although it has a parking lot nearby. You have to leave the car in the parking lot first if you don't have to give the bill to Toledo

All very well. Some lack of organization between reception and cleaning. Since the cleaning staff accesses the room to check if it is still occupied, this is at 8:15. I thought it could be a mistake, but when we returned to the room after breakfast, we saw the same case in another room that was also occupied. Otherwise everything perfect

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

The hotel has a parking lot and free charging. The environment is very good👍 but the location is a bit far away. The surrounding scenery is beautiful. The service staff can understand English and the service is good.

Go through the narrow alley to the hotel entrance, go to the front desk to ask how to park, the hotel uncle came out to open the garage door, the hotel actually has its own underground garage! Under the command of the uncle, Mr. parked the car. The hotel is very close to the main church. In addition, after returning to the hotel, I found that there is a terrace on the third floor of the hotel. Toledo under the sunset is particularly beautiful, so don't miss it.

Amazing place. Excellent facilities. Super spa. Fabulous staff. Not to be missed. Thank you and wish I could have stayed longer.
