The new hotel feels good.
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: Convenient
Facilities: Very new and great
Service: Local people serve, so friends who don’t understand Japanese won’t understand. The explanation is very detailed, and there is also a drink bar.
Easily my favourite hotel at all time
Bang for your bucks
Really clean hotel
Basically close to brand-new
The hotel staff are really polite
The welcome Drink is really delicious.
The public Bath onsen is really relaxing
The quality is basically the same as those paid path house outside
I will definitely come again
Although the location isn’t too close to the main train station, but it’s a close walk for around 15 minutes.
With the Greater Tokyo Pass, you can stay here at a very low price. It only takes half an hour to get to Ueno Asakusa East Station. However, it is difficult to find the hotel entrance after getting off the train at night.
As for the hotel services and facilities, I am very satisfied and it is definitely worth the money.
Candeo Hotels Omiya provides top-notch accommodation for travelers visiting Japan. Its prime location close to train and bus stations ensures easy access to transportation and nearby tourist spots. With impeccable cleanliness and outstanding hospitality from the staff, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area.
This century-old hotel is just next to the river. The scenery is like a painting. It is very difficult to get there. Although the hotel is undergoing some new projects, the breakfast and dinner are good. There is also a pedestrian street selling authentic products near the hotel. There is time to buy tickets near the station, there is a special car to pick up the boat to enjoy the scenery along the river, the boat and Cheng Dawei fifteen minutes, the stop is the hotel, a good choice.
Great location, lots of great restaurants and stores close by. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. The staff at front desk are very helpful. I wasn’t super into the Japanese breakfast but they did have a good selection which changed most days. The rooms are a decent (for Japan) size. Would definitely recommend and will be back!
It should have been full during consecutive holidays, but it was very quiet and comfortable. I am very grateful for your perfect response to your request. The food was very delicious and I was impressed by the ingredients and cooking methods I had never eaten. It's very strange that you get very well when you enter this hot spring, and you will repeat it. I am also surprised at the deliciousness of the water you drink after getting out of the thick hot spring. The staff 々 is very nice and a great hospitality inn.
No room card is required. A secret code will be randomly generated when you check in. Enter the code to enter the room. The space in the room and the toilet is not very large, so it may be a bit crowded for two people. But the scenery outside is OK, and it feels like you are really at Shin-chan's house😆. The ladies' hot spring♨️ will give you an extra code, which you need to enter before entering. There is only a medium-sized pool and 4 shower facilities. Fortunately, there are not many people, so it is quite comfortable to soak. The breakfast time is very early. When I went there at 8 o'clock, it felt like the stall was about to close😅... And there are a few varieties, most of which are Japanese breakfasts (miso soup and rice with seaweed are recommended), and there are only two varieties of bread.

The food was very delicious and the room was beautiful
The view of the mountain from the room was beautiful, and the view from the corner seat I sat at breakfast was beautiful!
I want to use it again.
GGuest Usershortcoming:
1. The space in the room is about the same as that of a hotel in downtown Tokyo!
2. I arrived at 2:30 in the afternoon and asked the clerk to check in first, but the clerk only said that check-in could not be until 3 o'clock, so he walked back to the lounge without looking back. He had to ring the bell again to call him out and store his luggage.
3. It may be that everyone is expected to go to the bathhouse to take a bath, and the toilets are also on the small side.
4. Breakfast is finished at 8:30, which is a bit early. It may be reserved for business guests or customers rushing back to work in Japan, but it is not a hotel for leisure travel customers.
5. The bathhouse is small, but there are not many people in the ladies' side, which is okay, but the men's side is a bit crowded.
advantage:
1. Convenient location
2. Facial masks, hair care, mouthwash and other care supplies are prepared for use.
3. Breakfast is good
GGuest UserHighly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.

PPo ching ChengThe hotel provided an exceptional experience during our week-long stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The daily dinners were a delightful surprise, offering variety and quality. The room was clean, and the hot spring was relaxing. Everything we needed was readily available.
GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I stayed here thinking it was just an ordinary business hotel. It was generally clean, but unfortunately there was hair from the previous guest here and there.
The staff were very nice.
I didn't go in, but apparently there is a hot spring that switches between men and women depending on the time.
They serve free dinner and curry, but don't be fooled by the fact that it's free. It's incredibly delicious.
I'll definitely come back!
KKOJI SYUThis time I stayed in a double and private bathroom room, the room was very clean and spacious. There are many facilities in this hotel, and there is also its own izakaya. If you don't want to go out at night, you can also have a glass of wine and seafood in the hotel.
MmanukinekoThe room is clean and seems to be well soundproofed.
There is a hot spring pool on the first floor, and the breakfast is neat, clean, and delicious.
The staff was also friendly, which was nice~^^
