Hot Springs Hotels in Quintana Roo, Mexico

This hotel was in a great location. We stayed in the non-updated part but only because we wanted a larger room. The hotel offered to upgrade us but we wanted the room with a tub. We loved our stay there and would definitely go again!

Loved my stay here! Went with my siblings and my boyfriend and hard the best time there! Lovely room and food were amazing!

Location not bad, close to places around hotel zone. Food was ok, nothing special though, breakfast was better than dinner. People nice, willing to assist. Parking helps a lot. Room very humid, clothes were kind of smelling after one day from all the moisture. The window has no view, looking at some wall or sth. Really I don’t know how someone gets a good room when they book-is it magic needed?

El hotel esta bien, se ve relativamente nuevo y lo conservan en buen estado. Las playas son hermosas pero por lo mismo está un poco aislado del centro de la ciudad donde están los restaurants y las tiendas, aunque tiene una pequeña tienda poco surtida aun lado y un pequeño minisuper un poco más lejos. Cuenta con dos albercas pero están frías siempre, no sé si en verano se toleren, en invierno no nos pudimos meter, los niños y los europeos no tuvieron tanto problema. Al ser una isla no hay servicio médico para situaciones delicadas y lo más cercano es Cancún a dos horas y media en ferry y después carretera para que vayas preparado. La mayoría del personal es muy amable y servicial. Lo PÉSIMO es el restaurant, los alimentos en general tienen mala sazón pero lo peor de todo es el DESAYUNO, solo hay huevos revueltos HORRIBLES que parecen que los hacen con agua, salchichas, frijoles, chilaquiles y hotcakes. El jugo es diluido con agua y jarabe (lo vimos), es el colmo!!! como si no cobraran suficiente!!! El pan dulce fatal, el café escaso y no te lo sirven en la mesa. Las charolas de comida siempre vacías pues los huéspedes éramos demasiados y no se daban abasto. Está tan mal que de plano al tercer día decidimos ir a un hotel vecino (y pagar $1500 por 3 personas) con un excelente bufet muy abundante y excelente servicio, todo el café que queríamos y siempre nos servían en la mesa. Había huevos revueltos preparados pero también podías pedir un omelet con diferentes extras al momento, etc. En general mil veces mejor. Los tours que te vende el hotel no te aclaran que no estás en temporada por lo que el de bioluminiscencia no se ve casi nada y tienes que estar moviendo el agua para medio ver algo y el de las 3 islas no ves ni un solo flamenco rosa. Definitivamente a este hotel NO regresamos.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

The room is quite big, and the balcony has a nice view of the sea. However, the whole hotel is not as big as expected, and the service is average. There are 4 restaurants, and the reservation time for the Italian and Oriental restaurants is limited, so you can only eat in the buffet restaurant every day. But the price is there, the cost performance is OK

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. 12mins taxi ride from airport. Felt warm and welcome at the hotel. Super 5 star services by all staff - very attentive and polite. I choose all inclusive package and literally get to eat and drink as you like at any restaurant and pool bar. Food and drink are fantastic. My room view and pool is awesome that make me no wanting to leave the hotel during the stay. Strongly recommend and will come back again.

The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations. If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.

LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time. I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge. They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know. I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation. I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered... I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult. My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim. If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined. Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests. He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel. The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡ I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt. First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
