I had mixed feelings about this hotel:
-Very spacious room/suite and comfortable bed.
-Nice places to hang out in the hotel with nice views.
-Staff was very friendly
But:
-Poor isolation. We got awaken by loud music from neighbors’ tv at 6 AM. We heard everything as if the speakers were in our room.
-Disappointing breakfast (only toast and fruits).
Overall good experience, but could be better for a 4-star hotel.

I love the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food in the Italian restaurant is awesome!
Great location next to the beach.
Although there are not many activities in the hotel, it is quite, cozy compare to the busy area.
In the rainforest, the environment is not bad, but of course there are many mosquitoes... The food is average, it is not surprising, and it is not unpleasant. I think the service is quite average, not very active and will disturb the rest more often, the sound insulation is not good, most of the night Or I was woken up several times in the early morning, and the last thing I liked is to imprison several dolphins in a small swimming pool... In short, it is a very commercial and impersonal hotel
This is the best value in Playa Del Carmen. The best bang for the buck especially if you’re booking on this app. Good food. Steak restaurant is great too. Everything is clean and modern although not the newest hotel. This is our go to hotel. Only complaint is they stopped including the premium tequila (Don Julio) in the all inclusive
The room was nice, the swimming pool was a highlight, but the food was rather bland, the $250 resort credits were very limited in scope and could only be used for spa treatments, and you had to pay taxes and tips yourself.

First of all, it has everything for the price
The room condition was also good
It was available before check-in
It was connected to the sea, so it was good to go see.
The variety of restaurants was a bit disappointing
The hotel is located at the end of Puerto Morelos on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's new and very well maintained and the stuff is very helpful. We stayed in a fairly large suite with a nice partial view of the Caribbean Sea. The breakfast was very good, there were different egg dishes, a fruit plate and toast with jam and honey. Of course it's not a 4 star breakfast, but in my opinion you don't really need that.
The complex is located directly on the sea, you can lie and use an umbrella at no extra charge. If you want, the waiter will serve you a cold drink directly at the lounger. The prices in the restaurant are for
Relatively expensive by Mexican standards, but the dinner was incredibly delicious.
There is even a doctor who will do an antigen test for you, very useful for the long journey to the US. Our conclusion: we would love to come back, it's worth it.
Passez votre chemin.
The facilities were good, the food and service in the restaurants were good, and the cleanliness was good.
Two negative points: 1) They pressure you at the entrance and exit to sell you a timeshare disguised as a vacation program, claiming it's a vacation package. 2) During wedding season, the beach area is unusable because photographers take over without permission. This was reported, but the hotel does nothing about it.

Amazing
GGuest UserI think it's the best choice for a honeymoon...
The atmosphere feels like a Western old couple coming to rest,
and there are only 2 Korean couples including my wife and I!!
Everyone here is kind and doesn't ask for tips!
And especially the Korean concierge, Jeha, just carries it hard,,
I had some trouble with the taxi, but he helped me right away and made it so that I could take care of it when I got to Koreaㅠ ㅠ
Even without asking, he packed a lunch for me because the airport food was bad and expensive, and he was just the best.. .💗
We'll go again when our 10th anniversary comes!

GGuest UserThe facilities, staff service, etc. are all the best. In particular, the sea in front of the resort is fantastic. There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. The various daily events were also good. I will leave with good memories.
QQINGPINGEverything is great, and I will come here again! We had fun in the water park and regretted that couldn't have more time to play in it. The tours recommended by the hotel staff are also very good, and our children like them very much.
