The location is very good, the environment and facilities are very good, hygienic and clean, the room display is very comfortable, the facilities and equipment are complete and very high-end. The service was very good and the breakfast was great! Tang Dynasty gorgeous British style. Very good experience recommended.

I like it very much! Classical decor, very charming, the hotel staff is welcoming and located close to Hyde Park! It is very convenient to go anywhere! In short, it is recommended! Downstairs there is the Michelin Chinese Restaurant!

The peninsula is the peninsula, and there is nothing to say about the service. I booked the hotel according to the instructions and later asked if I was satisfied. The reply was that the hotel was quite big and although the room I was assigned was quite far away, everything else was very good.

Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Expensive, but super top-notch hotel. One of the best in London. Location in the heart of Chelsea perfect for those on a shopping spree or who want to experience the 'high life' in London. Super central so everything else (Theatres, Palaces, etc.) are all easy to walk or cab to.

I love going to the lounge bar here. I highly recommend. It's a lovely place to stop for snacks and a drink when nearby.
Dishes are good but too salty for my taste
room are 5 star quality that's ok.

It’s full of details. It’s one of the best hotels in London. They even give you a small gift every day. The waiters are all gentlemen and ladies. There’s a big shopping mall across the road and Hyde Park next to it. I’ll stay here again next time.

Good location! Good view! The most important thing is the electric toilet! But if I stayed in the sixth floor for the second time, I would be more satisfied! Because the room was too small the second time! Only one wash basin!

The room facilities are indeed high-end and exquisite, and the bed is very comfortable
The location is also very good. It is the most satisfactory one among the three hotels we stayed in (The Shard, Bulgari, and Mandarin).
