"I stayed here in 1st week of jean 2023. The hotel is near the oil india entrance and hence very strategically placed for business purpose. The rooms are very comfortable and in top condition as of now. Swimming pool is in very good condition and so is the gaming arcade. Bar and open air lounge have all great whiskekies. Overall an excellent experience that dibrugarh-duliajn lacked."

"It's a good experience in royal crown. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient."

"The room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price."

"The hotel city centre is in a very good place because it is located in the very middle of the city and there is also a railway junction nearby. The rooms here are also beautiful cleaning, the support of the staff is also available so it was nice to be here. (two items have failed like tv, water shower) this is a simple problem) everything else liked it"

"If you call yourself a 3 star hotel then you need to really buckle up. The guests visiting you, sometimes, are really looking for an opportunity to point on good, something different experience. Your guests should really feel that you are there to serve you. I did not feel the hospitality. I was definitely comparing this hotel with all the other hotels that i have stayed paying equal bucks. Casual attitude of the staff. When asked the next morning, they told me that they simply forgot to place a water bottle in my room. The building is good, great ambiance. But it all felt like unchi makaan feeka pakwan. Please do better to get a 4 or 5 star."

"The front office service was friendly, and the hospitality and cleanliness were good. However, the telephone in the room was not working so every time i had to go to the counter myself for order and the smart tv was decorative only. Despite these issues, i felt safe and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant."
