"It’s fantastic, I’ve had a blast the moment I stepped into the door. The beds are incredibly comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is amazing. The ceilings are high, the room is clean, and the bathtub was delightful. Customer service also did great and made the process easy."

"The hotel is relatively close to the airport, about 10 minutes by car. I took the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The time was quite punctual. The hotel is relatively old, and the room is quite standard. There are no big highlights, nor are there any big shortcomings. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, which was a waste. One thing is very bad, the amount paid by Ctrip includes the city tax. But the front desk still reduced it and asked me to pay it again. I took out the order to show him, and it already included the city tax. The guy at the front desk still insisted, and gave a random reason that the city tax you paid by Ctrip is for the country, and my city tax is for this city, and he looked very convincing. I had no choice but to give it to him. I went back to give feedback to Ctrip, and they really overcharged, and Ctrip refunded it. I give Ctrip a thumbs up."

"NHHotel Schiphol Airport, this was my first time staying there for 1 week. I was kindly upgraded to a better room as I was celebrating my birthday. The staff were friendly. The hotel inside and out looks amazing. I enjoyed eating breakfast every day in the Green room restaurant as it looked like a botanical garden. The food choices were plenty. I loved the hotel shuttle bus service as it was a comfortable 7 minute ride to the airport. A good way to start exploring Amsterdam. The pool and jacuzzi area looked lovely and welcoming but unfortunately it was very busy with other guests and I never got to experience it. Well maybe next time."

"Love the hotel, especially the table tennis and games available in the lobby. The breakfast is amazing and delicious + the rooms are always very clean and pretty. It’s easy taking the shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport (and it’s free), especially when you’re getting back from the city you can stop at the airport and take the shuttle bus directly to the hotel so you don’t need to walk the 10min walk from the nearest bus stop"

On several days, basic items like bread, milk, and juice ran out, and guests had to wait a long time for refills. Additionally, the cleanliness of the buffet area did not always meet expectations. Room cleanliness also needs improvement. It was noticeable that rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, and daily cleaning seemed superficial rather than deep."

"I think the overall trip to the Bastion Hotel was decent. The location was really convenient if you're looking for somewhere near the airport, especially for a short stay. The shuttle bus from the airport was on time and had great service. Cleanliness was good, with a bit of dust, but overall, it was great with standards. Still, I would say that the facilities will need checking due to the lack of refurbishment; some lights in the room were flashing, and the shower overflowed with water because the drain wasn't working."
