The location is great, away from the city center.The view is incredible of the mediterranean. The service is perfect.

We booked a room with a sea view, but instead of a sea view, we got an underground room with a view of the lawns. When asked to change the room, refuse to do so, unless with a surcharge. A light should be lit in the morning room, because it is very dark in the months of August and September. An Addition the morning we woke up from the sound of the shower in the room next door. There is no shared pool, although the hotel presents itself with pictures of pools and a high-class and exclusive aspect. The hotel does not fully match the description and name as a luxury hotel, we are disappointed because the price does not match what we got. We do not recommend it

A very nice hotel, decorated to the smallest detail, very clean. The staff is very kind and responds to every request, the owner is always there for the customers, an extremely humble guy, the food is delicious, only a small thing was missing, to order food or snacks after 24:00.

Absolutely loved our stay @ Noima Suites. Our suite, terrace, private pool and views were incredible. And the staff, service and food were all 10/10. We’ll be back again next summer!

My experience at the hotel was truly terrible. Despite being described as a "relaxing" boutique hotel by the employee during check-in, I was allocated what seemed to be one of the worst rooms available (in my opinion). I had booked a deluxe suite with a pool, which unfortunately happened to be located directly beneath the restaurant. As a result, I had to endure incessant noise throughout the day, including staff conversations, the chatter of guests during breakfast, and the music playing from the restaurant. Adding to the distress, I was constantly subjected to the unsettling sound of chairs being dragged across the floor above my suite. The hotel itself boasts a stunning design, with excellent rooms that demonstrate a strong emphasis on quality. It must be acknowledged that they have done an exceptional job in this regard. However, it's important to note that there is a no shared pool, and the presence of common areas is rather limited. As a result, guests find themselves primarily confined to their rooms or suites for the duration of their stay. However, an incident arose that made me seriously consider checking out early. Below my suite, there were two probably guests causing a disturbance in their pool. Wanting to address the issue, I reached out to the hotel via WhatsApp, but my messages were initially disregarded. Even after following up, I received no response. Frustrated with the lack of attention, I approached the reception to inquire about the situation. To my dismay, the staff reacted with arrogance and even made fun of me complaining. When I asked when I could expect a response, the staff member replied in an arrogant tone, saying, "in 5 minutes..." I have never had to experience such an attitude from an employee in 10 years in luxury hotels - WOW. When I expressed my desire to check out, I was met with refusal due to the non-refundable nature of my booking. Seeking a resolution, I requested to speak with the manager. Surprisingly, the receptionist handed me her cell phone and remained standing next to me, listening to my conversation with the manager, leaving me without any privacy. Such a lack of respect for personal space was entirely unprecedented in my experience. Unfortunately, the manager's response was limited to offering kind words without any action. Ultimately, no adjus**ents were made to the bill, and I was not even offered a simple gesture of apology, such as a bottle of wine worth €10 or so sent to my room. The staff seems to lack a clear understanding of what luxury hospitality entails. The issues began even before our arrival. The hotel advertised a complimentary airport/port pickup service. However, since we were staying at another hotel prior to our arrival, I reached out to inquire if we could also be picked up free of charge. This request was confirmed a few days before our scheduled arrival. Unfortunately, just one day before our arrival, we received an email stating that this service would now cost €50.

Hardly any common areas, no common pool, my suite was right below the restaurant, I had noise all day from the restaurant and from guests below me who could not behave - when I complained, the front desk staff almost made fun of me - I have never experienced anything like this - its a shame because the property is beautiful - staff at restaurant was super nice, also the food. Rooms are well appointed and high quality.

When I say 5 star I mean it. The hotel has a very relaxed high end feeling. From the minute I stepped on the property I was greeted and treated above and beyond. The concierge was always there to help me with any questions I had. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offers an incredible selection of breakfast lunch and dinner options. Room service was impeccably done. Highly recommend getting a suite with a in room pool. The views are simply stunning.

The hotel and staff are amazing in every way. Very relaxing environment and superb food and drinks. The people are so friendly. The rooms have amazing views and super clean. Great spot and the shuttle service is a bonus. I Highly recommend this hotel.
