We had a few minor problems with the toilet towards the end of our stay but the friendly staff helped us and moved our room very quickly, the staff are very nice and food always tasted very nice. One member of staff makes the stay extremely memorable as he was singing to us each night and sounded very good he also let us join in and choose some songs, he would translate the menu for us and check to see if all was ok.

The staff were kind and there was great entertainment after dinner (dinner was amazing and great options) . Stayed a week and every night a lovely staff member sang to us and let us sing … it created a great atmosphere so well done you 👍🏼

SALLE DE BAIN DOUTEUSE PAS TRES NET. GROSSES TRACE DE TRATRE DANS LES TOILLETTES. PAS DE SAVON DANS LA DOUCHE. DES PLACES DE PARKING PRISES PAR DES CAMIONETTES D'ENTREPRISE EIFAGE, GARER EN TRAVERS OCCUPANT 3 A 4 PLACES SUR UN PARKING DEJA TRES CHARGER ????

The facility was a huge disappointment. Staff almost nonexistent. Lacking in basic needs such as toilet paper, towels, and hair dryer. There were broken beer bottles in the parking lot where we had our rental cars. The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarettes! I would never stay there again!

Vous demandez une chambre au calme et en dernier étage , il vous installe au rdc et dans celle qui est la plus bruyante car juste à côté d'une route très passante.

Hôtel miteux, les lits sont dans un état de propreté, du jamais vu pour un hôtel, cheveux, poils dans les lits faits. Les oreillers sont jaunes de transpiration. Les poils sont bien présents sur les alaises, quand on arrive pojr le travail, on est loin de se dire que nous allons passer une bonne nuit de sommeil tranquille dans un petit hôtel sympa.... Heureusement que le personnel de nuit est très sympa et volontaire. Après avoir changé 2 fois de chambre, l'aimable monsieur de nuit a bien voulu me laisser choisir mes draps et oreillers dans le local buanderie pour que je fasse mon lit moi même ! Le personnel était bien gêné de la situation. Quand direction devrait peut être revoir sa gestion.

Hôtel collé à un autre hôtel réservé aux "migrants". Insécurité car nombreux sont ceux qui rodent sur le parking non surveillé !
