"It was a great experience, and the kids screamed. It took an hour to drive from downtown Dubai, and the road was very easy to walk. As soon as we got off the car, there were enthusiastic staff members coming forward. All of their staff members are sincere to the guests, responsive to requests, and want you to have a pleasant experience there. The room type is very good and large, especially the bathroom is luxurious. The sofa bed will be laid out for the children to sleep at night, and the sofa bed can also sleep two people. The snacks sent in the afternoon are also very beautiful and delicious, and there are good night chocolates. The swimming pool is heated, and the children soaked in the swimming pool to watch the small animals coming and going. Bicycles are provided free of charge, and the corresponding models are matched to the children. There are really many animals and they are very harmonious. I watched the owl show, which was great and will let everyone experience it. The sunset in the desert is super beautiful. We went to ride camels again early in the morning, and the staff was also super nice. We had dinner in the restaurant where we had breakfast. It is said that the one in the countryside will taste better. I think I will definitely stay here for two days if I have the opportunity in the future."

"Affordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb."

"The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities."

"Such a beautiful hotel conveniently located . Hotel amenities are great and food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.Room is clean and well presented. The only downside I experienced was the bed / mattress, they are not very comfortable, definitely need good quality mattress in there."

"Checking in before Christmas, there were a lot of guests in the hotel, most of them families with children. Breakfast is full, so go early or you'll have to wait in a long line. The various activities in the hotel are basically focused on children, and there are basically no programs arranged for adults."

"I have been coming to this hotel since 2017, the last time was in 2022. During this time, Hilton became the owner, and everything changed for the worse. Previously, it was Luxury, luxury, no strangers, top-notch service, now it is torn sun loungers, worn towels, plus construction on both sides, and sometimes you can’t go into the sea, it’s dirty. In general, I am of course discouraged. The staff is of course good, they try their best, otherwise .... Only a memory remains from the former Waldorf, I was there last time, and it’s a pity ...."

"The biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things."

"Everything was just amazing, even though it was a short stay, pool, beach, breakfast. Beautiful and totally new hotel. but they could definitely work on providing some slippers and coffee in the rooms."
