Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

The staff is amazing.. My husband’s bday was on 18 jan and he was travelling for work - staying at this hotel. I could not get the order for cake n flowers delivered through FnP (it’s challenging in that area I believe and you need to order atleast 24 hrs before, which I wasn’t aware of :p), hence requested the hotel if they cud help me with a cake n flowers. Jamshed, gem of a person (one of the senior staff person with whom I spoke).. he helped me with an amazing cake on a short notice and took it to the room at midnight, as requested. Must say- hospitality of the Hotel is outstanding and excellent staff… kudos to Jamshed !!

Hospitality exceed my expectation staff is so friendly room is tide and clean breakfast have a lot of Variety quick reaction in any complains, location is front of sea and inside the city every thing near you if you are going to eastern coast recommended to try

I arrived to find they had no ‘studio apartment’ for me. But conceded on giving me a two bed apartment instead. Very nice space for what it is. Very clean and tidy. Do not give them any laundry to do, big fail here. The morning I’m checking out my laundry is still missing, after chasing around I ended up taking Undried clothes and was missing underwear which they lost. All because they couldn’t turn it around in 24 hours. Breakfast is basic with instant coffee. If you want somewhere central to al jubail a low price but very clean and tidy then this will do.

The biggest problem is the loud air conditioning and the inability to open windows, the room is stuffy all day long, uncomfortable. The conditions are also very general, not recommended.

In Eastern Province--Jubail is one of the most sought places for weekend getaway and even for staycations, specifically at the Fanateer District (the beach area). In Jubail, one of the best places to stay with is the Danah Al Jubail Suites, the location is just a stone's throw away at the beach's shores, and a few meters away with the boat/ferry rides' ports. We are warmly welcomed by Mr. Mohammed, Naif and Sharif upon our arrival and checked-us in without delays. The rest of the staff is as well very helpful and accommodating. The property is clean, the well-maintained swimming pool is nestled between towers, it has guests' exclusive ample free car-parking spaces, our suites are well-kept, and I could say the housekeeping is being meticulously done. The buffet breakfast is modest and being served from 6-10am, the restaurant has an amazing panoramic view of the Fanateer Beach it is located at the Tower 1, 6th floor. There are coffee shops and a resto at the hotel yards with full sea view, an idyllic place to enjoy the soothing sea breeze, or chat/bonding’s with friends & family where you can have afternoon tea or coffee. The vantage point of Danah Al Jubail Suites, it is a few meters away from the boat rides port, the rides are must try (reasonable price for exclusive group). You can have a 30-minute to 1-hour boat rides and enjoy the scenic Fanateer Beaches. Generally, Danah Al-Jubail Suites has a perfect location for an ideal beach front staycation, or weekend getaway. Highly recommended. We’ll come back.

We had been there for 3 days and it’s totally not worth it. Though the room was quiet spacious and nice with a balcony , it’s the housekeeping and the breakfast buffet that are really problematic. Firstly , there is no proper housekeeping even when u tell them to clean it , they do it half heartedly . I mean u don’t really expect a cleaned room to still have used water bottles lying on the table And towel on the sofa just the way u had left it. The Kitchen has no pans, spoons or anything at all. Heck they didn’t even have a socket where to plug in the electric kettle . When asked they provided the extension but then again cups were shabbily kept on top of each other. Most of the lights in the room were quiet dim and the lamp shades didn’t work. We asked them to replace them which they did . Thank God !!! Then the breakfast buffet, honestly who serves the same limited menu every day. And it’s mostly Indian veg breakfast. Agreed it has a rooftop dining area but then what’s the use when u r serving such a limited choice of breakfast and that too same . There are much better hotels in the same price . Please check them !
