Warm Hospitality, Monotonous Cuisine
This hotel boasts incredibly friendly staff and a stunning garden, creating a welcoming family-like atmosphere. However, the dining experience is hindered by a lack of variety in food options, particularly at breakfast. While the hotel excels in hospitality and ambiance, an enhancement in the culinary department is needed to provide a well-rounded experience.

5성급이지만 정원 예쁜거가 다라고 보시면 되어요
그리고 직원분들 친절하시네요
수영장도 괜찮은데 저희 아기는 수영장안으로
들어갈 수 없었어요
여기 트립닷컴에 잘못된 정보가 있네요 어린이 수영장 있다고 해서 찾아간건데 ㅠㅠ
객실에는 머리카락이 바닥에 있고 냉장고는 고장났어요
그냥 박물관에 간다 생각하시고 몇밤 머물기 괜찮은 것 같아요
유명인들이 많이 머물렀어서 뭔가 기분이 묘하긴
했어요
정원이랑 라운지 카페 정말 이뻐요

Pas d'air conditionné. Le chauffage bloqué à 28 degrés dans toutes les chambres. Présence de cafard.
Le personnel de sécurité nous propose de se rafraichir en les accompagnant au rez-de-chaussée....en bref nous n'avons pas pu dormir....cet hôtel ne mérite pas 5 étoiles...à peine 2 et encore...à fuir sauf pour aller au musée...

酒店有很久的歷史，據説是之前的國王居住過的地方。重新裝修過，每一層樓的設計和裝修都很漂亮，環境非常好，床很大，很新，陽台的景色很好，有格調。服務態度特別好，還有送餐服務。早餐還不錯。雖然廁所偶爾有點味道，畢竟是有歷史的酒店，但依然很喜歡這裏。唯一不夠完美的是一樓的中餐廳，中餐很好吃，北京湯很好喝，然而，我們點的牛扒和意大利麪沒有醬汁，我們請服務員給我們給我們一點醬汁，拿了兩次都是很稀的湯，不知道是什麼東西做的，反正跟我們之前吃的完全不一樣。服務員可能不高興了，叫我們不滿意的話自己去廚房做，這點給餐廳減了很多分。

酒店服務態度差！ 基本都是一些年紀很大的人。效率極其低下。叫送兩雙拖鞋到房間，1小時沒送來。打了好幾次電話，一會講法語聽不懂一會説等一下。早餐也不咋滴。酒店設施也很老，上面寫五星級酒店實際水平跟國內的漢庭等級差不多吧。再來阿爾及立爾，堅決不能選這個酒店。😞😞😫😫😫

Il s’agit de mon premier séjour sur alger, personnel fortement désagréable, aucun sens de l’hospitalité et du service, je parle ici du personnel présent au niveau de l’accueil qui gère les entrées et sorties de l’hôtel, notamment la dame basanée avec un bandana sur ses cheveux durs, l’état général de l’hôtel reflète la mauvaise mentalité tiers-mondiste qui règne sur le pays. J'ai passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel mythique qui a hébergé des grands du monde politique, artistique etc..
Cet hôtel brille par la qualité de l' accueil, la propreté, la disponibilité, la gentillesse du personnel. La décoration, le style, les matériaux de l'hôtel racontent une histoire chargée d'emotion. Les chambres ont gardé le style d'antan. Le petit déjeuner servi est très copieux et les produits de qualité.
Cet hôtel est doté d'une grande piscine très propre, des restaurants et un jardin exotique féerique.
J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir et avec beaucoup d'émotion.
