We have booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children at 1700 DA by night with breakfast. In the hotel, it is not called a 4-person room, just to tell it in advance that it is a double room with extra mattresses ... more, they didn't want to give us towels for children. The hotel is clean and the hotel is well placed, the parking in the street is monitored. However, there are still things to look again, such as the wheel in the entire shower, the broken bed head ... We took the plane since Istanbul because my daughter had to undergo a liver transplant. Arrival at the airport we were taken directly to the Hotel Grand Adghir... A CATASTROPHICAL welcome, the staff of the hotel do not wear the masks, there are no health measures. The room was in a pity condition, I doubt even they had cleaned it before we arrived. Since I had a baby in the low age I thought I had a baby bed in the room ... but I didn't have to do with the means of the edge ( stick 2 chairs so my daughter who underwent a liver transplant can sleep and rest ). When I went down to the hospital to ask for a baby bed, the receptionists didn't even answer me. The room was filled with cafards, the moquette was dirty, the bathroom was in a disaster, the washing machine was escaped, the WIFI almost never works, the doors of the balcony were not closed, The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable. I could write hours and hours on this hotel that doesn't worth any star and doesn't worth its price, I just hope that health services will make a tour there ...

Very good ,clean Hotel. With no exeption All sttaff were amazing and helpfull espesialy Farid recetionist and the housekeeping incharge of 4th floor. I had great time, will definitely will go again also I higly recomend it. Thank you Hotel Roza Team

We stayed on two separate occasions in November 2023 and both times the experiences were exceptional. The hotel is a short, covered walk from the airport and you instantly feel very safe, secure and comfortable—even walking to the property at 2 a.m. following a rough two days of air travel. The property itself is new, clean, beautiful, quiet and airy. The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and spacious; well-appointed with bath tub and shower, remote control blinds, fridge, and floor level nightlights with sensors so that you could safely get up in the middle of the night without ever needing to switch on a light. The pillows suited the different tastes of each member of our family and the bed linens were soft and luxurious. We all slept uncharacteristically well. The pool was beautiful and there were a seemingly endless supply of loungers and cosy seating areas. The restaurant was wonderful and featured a large selection of options. Room service was also great with a nice selection of standard dishes and local specialities and food was hot when delivered. But as incredible as everything was, the best part of hotel was its absolutely amazing, multilingual staff! They’re truly extraordinary—very attentive to guests and dedicated to making your stay as pleasant and remarkable as possible. On our second stay, we arrived in the late afternoon and about ten minutes after arriving to our room, there was a knock at the door; two staff were there with bedding and offered to make up the pull-out couch as a bed for our child. We didn’t request this or even think it was an option but there they were, anticipating needs we didn’t even know we had! But we were most impressed when, at the dinner buffet, a staff member approached my son and I asking if my son was unhappy with the food choices; I explained he was a picky eater and asked it might be possible to get a simple cheese sandwich. The staff member immediately sprung into action, offered some special options for my son and within minutes we had a made-to-order cheese sandwich with fries and a happy little boy. We simply cannot express how deeply impressed we were with the hotel and staff. We cannot wait to return for a longer stay!

Beautiful hotel, well located near the business district and the highway (2 miles from the airport). The rooms are nice and comfy and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff were very incompetent and uneducated, we booked before we arrive 2 separate single rooms, we waited at least 20min at the front desk upon our arrival while the receptionist was looking at his screen and slowly typing on the keyboard he left us several times alone and went talking with someone else. After we paid, me and my colleague went up to our rooms on the 7th floor and surprise: both rooms were occupied (thank God the residents weren't inside) we went down again to see him and they didn't even bother ask us to wait or take a seat or even say we're sorry! Another round of 15min waiting for the new rooms, dozens of people we're quarantined in the hotel after they arrived from abroad were roaming around in the lobby MASKLESS. We left early in the evening and went to a local restaurant in the area when I came back I found the door of my room wide open I called the receptionist right away he asked me for my name(?!!) And hanged up. No one came and fortunately nothing was missing from my stuff.. My room had a door communicating with room next to it and I was clearly hearing the guy as if he was in the same room with me. In the morning went down for breakfast around 0850am and the buffet was completely empty.. (it runs from 0600am to 1000am) I had to ask the grumpy waiter for everything: an empty glass, a fork, water, juice.. there were nothing except for a flan Parisian and few slices of a dry cake. It was completely uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience would absolutely never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

Returning from a one-week stay in Dubrovnik in Croatia. Very beautiful city full of history, magnificent Adriatic Sea. Standard of living identical to France. We quickly toured the city, we made 3 day trips, Mostar and the Kravuce Falls in Bosnia-Herzegovina, cruise to the Elaphiti Islands, and finally Kotor in Monte*****. 1 tip, when you arrive at the airport for exchange, add a small amount to pay for the bus that takes you to Dubrovnik. For the rest, make your change in Dubrovnik much more interesting.
