Just arrived home after a weeks stay at this hotel family ages between 11-63. 5 adults 2 children . Hour transfer from airport. First impressions were ok but looked dated , lots greenery hanging inside. Very very hot no air con in reception area lots of seating . Check in slow , room small but great air con and most rooms at both sides of the hotel have pool and sea views , only the front doesnt which overlooks the golf course . Bathroom ok shower above bath but a saloon style door into a toilet didn’t appeal to me and the woodwork at bottom was swelling with the water. Again all clean just dated . Beds comfy . Balcony great . Maid service daily clean bedding towels . Pool area great 2 big outdoor freeform pools with waterslides , aqua fit daily was excellent everyone was involved the entertainment team put lots effort in. Pools open from early morning until 8pm . Plenty loungers although not much shade . Lots space for lounges though no sunbed wars . Pool gets busy all morning thdn at 2 closes until 5. During this time no lifeguards and no slides but the pool is so peaceful. It’s like a completely different pool. Think they all siesta usually just the English swimming . Thdn come 5 it’s madness but still enjoyable until 8pm! Entertainment at night shocking - mainly due to all been Spanish so didn’t know what was going on as mainly acting things out or flying paper aeroplanes around ( very strange) or looked it as we didn’t knkw what was happening. the dancing bits etc were good. If have younger children then they would t understand the kids clubs or what to do. 1 restaurant for whole hotel very noisy but typical European all inclusive , choice of everything can always find something to eat , lots fish dishes . Plenty salad puddings . Little land train takes you around to the marina for 4€ each. Location excellent gate access next pool at back of hotel across a promanade onto beach . Promanade excellent and 10 min walk to marina where shops restaurants. Couid hire paddle boards and water equipment by the hotel too . Weather amazing 35oc every day not a cloud in the sky august 2023. All in all we had a great relaxing week here in the Spanish sun but it’s not a 4star I’d say 3! It’s the pool and location made up for the dated hotel look and other negatives. I would recommend this hotel for families but be aware that it is very Spanish and lots of Spanish families holiday here themselves. Think I counted 7 English families in our weeks stay.

You can find everything you need for your family holidays, the staff is super friendly and polite, the best team is the Animacion , people are very solar and you will feel like home, reception needs to be a bit more welcoming. This place is a great place for families.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Our room was spacious and clean, staff very friendly. Good WiFi connection. Not far from the hotel, in El Ejido, theres a very nice area with bars, clubs and restaurants for those who like to enjoy nights out.

Hotel familiar. 100% recomendable. Repetiré lo más seguro. Habitación amplia y limpia. Buen servicio de comidas. El personal muy atento, tanto camareros, socorristas,… Animadores estupendos. Mis niños deseando volver.

The hotel is dated, definitely not 4* but very clean and tidy. There was a real language barrier, my 3 children were unable to join in with any kids clubs, activities or watch the entertainment. My children were disheartened watching other children play games but they couldn’t join (not for the lack of trying). The entertainment was great from Spanish speakers. We booked through TUI who had who had no reps visit the hotel so we felt a little left out in the sticks. The restaurant was very loud and canteen like. It was very busy and felt like a struggle to get to food as the guests don’t seem to queue and would rudely step in front of me and my young children who were patiently waiting. The food was ok. Almeria harbour-side is a short walk away and very pretty with lots of restaurants to choose from. This saved us as we could go out on the evening as we couldn’t understand the evening entertainment. The pools and slides were great and made the holiday!

It's our last day today at this hotel and to say we're sad about leaving is an understatement. The hotel is beautiful and so clean!! The food is lovely and plenty of choice, even our fussy 3 year old ate lots. Drinks are your usual all inclusive drinks and definitely not watered down like some places. It is a Spanish hotel so there's a bit of a language barrier but the staff put so much effort into try and understand you. The staff are amazing and always smiled even when it was manic at times. The location is brilliant, nice 10 minute walk to the marina where there is huge choice of restaurants. I would 100% recommend this hotel and location and we will definitely be back!

If you're English I suggest you give this place the widest birth possible. The animation team have been extremely rude to my autistic daughter who's only.just turned 5. She tried so incredibly hard to join in with the mini disco although absolutely everything is in Spanish. Zero English translations and told her to go away to mama and being.bullied by the Spanish kids for not understanding how to play the games. The entertainment is the poorest excuse I've ever seen. Men running round covering their privates with sombreros, cheap, tacky foul entertainment in front of young children. Then proceeded to run around with paper airplanes screaming for an hour. Not one person laughed. Unable to join in with the activities for the kids through the day again because it's all exclusively for Spanish We paid for all inclusive yet the food is extremely poor and I have quite honestly lost two stone being here because all I could stomach were chips and fruit which was also incredibly dry and old. The bar staff are the only ones who can just about understand English and have been kind to us, however the guests here are even worse. I went to the bar during.the day to get a drink and.was called an English 'puta' (look it up, its a foul word.) Thinking.i didn't understand. So between the staff and guests I don't know which are more ****** and unwelcoming.toward English guests. Everywhere I walked I was looked up and down and dirty looked by the Spanish guests and the staff besides at the bar actively avoided serving.us so we were constantly left with no drinks during.breakfast lunch and dinner, the soft drinks are poured from a plastic bottle left on the side to go flat and warm while the staff walk round with fresh cold glass bottles, the snack bar only consists of hamburgers and some slimey sandwich kind of thing that look as though they've been sat there for a week, the food was more depressed than I was being here. There's no ice cream available until dinner time which is kept in a tray melted. If you want any other ice cream through the day you have to pay, they turn the slide jets off from 2pm til 4pm so the kids who aren't sleeping can't use them or burn themselves on it, there's no air con anywhere except in your rooms which is also incredibly poor. The rooms are dated with cracked tiles and chipped/warping wood everywhere, a swinging bathroom door that whacks you on the way in and out, the closest shops are a good ten minute walk away with absolutely barely anything to do except eat, there are no smoking signs absolutely everywhere yet the staff walk past you everywhere evidently smoking and throwing their ends on the floors, there's no life guard at the children's pool, flies absolutely everywhere constantly landing.on you, im honestly utterly disgusted and will be making a massive complaint.to the holiday company who advertised this as remotely acceptable for English tourists, I can tell you hand on heart you will feel most unwelcome. Came back yesterday .had an amazing time.the hotel was very quite which was a lovely surprise.. we had a room upgrade on arrival because we arrived early so they gave us a room which was ready...they could not do enough for us...the harbour area is beautiful but not alot goung on there....the food in the hotel was very nice.good holiday Thank you

We booked this hotel through jet2. Not sure why it is on their website as we quickly learned this is a Spanish hotel. All the guests are Spanish, the hotel staff are all Spanish, the entertainment and kids club is Spanish. There is a strong language barrier trying to order drinks or trying to speak to the staff. Not great for an English family on an all inclusive or if you have children hoping to join the kids club or make friends. Meal times are absolutely manic and depending on what time you want to eat you can be queuing for a table for 15 minutes or so. Once you are in its an absolute free for all. We quickly learned the Spanish guests have zero manners or belive in queuing and are quite happy pushing in front of you or walking into you. They were very rude. This was also the same trying to get sunbeds. The watersides on the pool require some attention, chips and patch repairs. My 11 year old got multiple cuts and scratches. The hotel itself is nice, the pool are is nice and located opposite the beach. There is a marina 10 minutes walk with some bars and restaurants but that's about it. There is nothing else in the area so be aware of this if you enjoy venturing out or wanting trips. There was nothing like that on offer from the hotel. Also be aware that the transfer time from the airport is 2 hours not 1hr 30. I would not recommend this hotel at all if you are an English family expecting your typical all inclusive holiday because this is not it unfortunately.
