Towels and bed sheets was not fresh smil .body wash and shampoo was empty. Water pressure is bad.the bidet was leaking

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

Living on a high floor, when the wind is strong at night, the outside glass and the loud noise from the outside of the building can't sleep at all. The service feels deliberately indifferent, not up to the level that a five-star hotel should have.
