I had a paid confirmed booking via agoda but they refuse to recognise my booking, probably because it was peak new year season so they wanted to earn more from walk-in last minute bookings instead. But very bad to do this to a customer! Have the guts to at least cancel my booking earlier then so I don't have to travel there only to find that I cannot check in. Luckily staff was nice to let me use toilet and WiFi to make another booking elsewhere. ***y other hotels nearby, DO NOT STAY HERE BAD BOSS, BAD HOSPITALITY.
