It's super close to Disneyland, about a 15-minute walk. You can go back to rest when you're tired and then go back to the park in the evening. It's great! I highly recommend staying here if you're planning to spend a few days at Disneyland!

Very nice hotel, very clean, in a good location. It didn't have breakfast included like most of the other Hilton locations, but there's a Starbucks inside (albeit charging more than the already expensive Starbucks prices). The view was great! Unfortunately, Disney canceled the fireworks on our arrival, so we didn't get to see them from our room, but that's not a hotel issue.

We stayed here for a few days because we were going to Disneyland/California Adventure. It’s an easy 1km walk from the hotel. In just a block away, there are a few 24/7 convenience stores, like cvs. The hotel room is ok - not the fanciest but it has all the necessary amenities we need.

Due to our travel schedule, we were arriving quite late, so I emailed the hotel beforehand to ask if a late check-in was possible. They quickly replied and confirmed that they would reserve the rooms for us. The hotel's location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland, and there are many 24-hour restaurants nearby. We booked two double rooms, and the hotel assigned us high-floor rooms with balconies. The view was pleasant, overlooking the inner garden swimming pool. It's a bit of a shame it wasn't facing Disneyland; otherwise, we might have been able to watch the Disneyland night fireworks show directly from the balcony. The room amenities were very new and clean. As for issues, only one of the double rooms had slippers (but only one pair), while the other room had none. Additionally, one room had two bottles of shampoo but no shower gel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Disneyland.

Convenient location, clean and tidy room, very comfortable bed, friendly service. Overall a pleasant stay with good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

It's conveniently located near Disney Resort and has supermarkets and souvenir shops nearby. There are several two-story buildings, and my room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my suitcase up the slope on the other side of the room. There was a bathtub, but the drain didn't drain well and hair would accumulate on the floor. Since I was staying with a friend, I had to clean it with tissues every time. Steel bottled water was provided every day. There was no kettle, only a coffee maker. It was cold, so I turned the air conditioner on to heat, but there was a burning smell and the fire alarm went off. I quickly turned it off, and I haven't been able to use it since, even when it's cold.

You can walk to Disneyland, but there's a bus stop right there, so taking the bus allows you to enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace (the bus goes in a loop, so the outbound trip is a bit longer; the bus drivers were all very nice). They provided simple snacks like bread, bagels, and waffles every morning, which was a great help given the current weak yen! The room had a refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board, and desk, and was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels. There was a Target about a 15-minute leisurely walk away, which was very convenient. There are also Taco Bell and other fast food restaurants nearby. The staff only greeted us at check-in, check-out, and every morning, but they were all friendly and smiling!

The facilities are complete, and the rooms are relatively spacious, making it easy to buy vegetables and cook. It's not bad for a family to stay for two days during the trip and take a break.

Food from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette.  The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken.  Parking was over-priced.  Cable tv only. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.

the place was clean and comftable enough for a budget stay for families goin to disneyland .the beds were soft and cozy, the hot shower was good and the room was wide for a family to move around.  the breakfast could be better but for the price, its ok. customer service by front desk is a 1/5
