The lake view family room we stayed in was really nice. It was very large, just right for 3 people and a 1-year-old baby. The hotel also arranged fences, small wooden horses, small trains, alpacas, and a small zoo, which the children loved. Recommended. The only drawback was that the bathtub in the room was leaking and broken, and I forgot to tell the front desk. There were a lot of people on the first day of stay, and breakfast was very crowded. The experience was very good on the second day when there were fewer people. Recommended!

The hotel did not provide the infrastructure agreed in the contract, and the room was filled with a super strong and pungent smell of oil smoke. The room cost more than 1,800 yuan a night, and it was smelly and shabby, which was unacceptable. It was impossible to take photos of the smell, and the local regulatory authorities would be asked to intervene. A total of two rooms were booked, one was a parent-child room with toothbrush foam from the previous guest in the toothbrush cup, and the room reserved for the elderly was allocated above the smoke duct of the restaurant downstairs. The whole room was filled with a super strong and pungent smell of oil smoke after dinner, and the elderly were fumigated with runny nose and tears. Checked in at 6 o'clock, finished dinner at 7:30, and the hotel said it was full and there were no vacant rooms, but because it was really uninhabitable and the hotel service staff could also smell the strong smell, it was not until 9 o'clock that a damaged room was provided. In order to rest, I had to move in first. This behavior violates Article 11 of the Implementation Rules of the Public Places Hygiene Management Regulations [Ministry of Health Order No. 80], which states that operators of public places should maintain indoor air quality in accordance with national health standards and requirements; Article 20, which states that hidden dangers that endanger public health should be eliminated in a timely manner; and Articles 10, 20, and 23 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
