The response service of the staff was very good. While not checking in, the response from Ergul and Gorken from the front desk was very impressive and gave a good impression throughout the trip.

The hotel is perfect in terms of cleanliness, but the staff and the management do not put glasses in the room, it is a fiasco. They accuse you as a thief. I guess someone who pays 1700 2000 hotel fees will not steal the 30 TL cup, I think it's a shame that they accuse their permanent customers in this way.

11 Nisan 2024 akşamı ailemle konakladım. Sadece oda satın aldım. Klimalar merkezi sistemden oda sıcaklığı 28,4 dereceye ayarlıydı ve resmen Ankara'da sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Gece 2'de resepsiyonu aradım. Bizim gibi arayan var mı dedim ; arkadaş evet birkaç oda daha aradı dedi. Klimalar kış ayarında kalmış anlamak mümkün değil. Böyle bir otelin bu konuları takip eden bir teknik ekibi olmalı. İsmine hiç yakışmadı crowne plaza ankara. Sonuç itibariyle iyi dinlenemedik ve otelden mutlu ayrılmadık. Bir daha rezervasyon yapma konusunda ciddi şüphelerim var. Umarım bu klima ayar konusunu takibe alıp hassas şekilde ayarlarsınız. Değilse insanları memnun etmeniz zor. iyi çalışmalar CF

整體非常棒，服務態度很好，旁邊也有商場，很方便。唯一的小問題是雙床房的床真小呀，如果能改善這一點，那就完美了！

毛巾有點舊，拖鞋是典型的土耳其薄款一次性拖鞋，和我對皇冠的期待有差距啊。

很不錯的酒店，就是稍微位置可能有點偏，不過旁邊有個商業體，裏面也有很多餐館，總體還是很錯的

房間偏小。服務態度好。
