"We went to Antalya for the first time, there were fears reading reviews about other hotels, but everything was like. There are Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, so there were no problems with communication. The hotel has a small swimming pool, went there a couple of times to rest from day heat. The beach of the hotel is 7 minutes walking in a hurry. Freely handed out lie and umbrella. All our issues were resolved very quickly"

"We arrived very late in the evening and were only in the hotel for 12pm. We were put up in one of the ”bungalows” with a balcony. It's okay for one night and the price, but we wouldn't book it again. The walls are very permeable, you can hear everything the guest next door said and did. The planes fly directly over you and the street is very busy and therefore loud. The door wasn't really tight either, we were worried that someone might break in. And unfortunately another very, very bad point was the floor was very dirty and you couldn't walk in the room without shoes. So all in all we wouldn't recommend it and would rather go to a different hotel next time we're passing through. The service was otherwise good, helpful and very nice."

"Hello, after 2 days of work, we were very disappointed with the hotel and encountered various problems. First of all, when we arrived at the room, the safe did not work properly. On the other hand, the safe was not fixed and it was small . If there is a theft of farewell money and passports, we have to wait more than 45 minutes to ensure the safety of the work order, and then the window lock problem can not work properly, we have to change rooms, we have to move to a single room, I think this It is unacceptable. On the other hand, the staff pays great attention to the quality of breakfast. This hotel needs special refreshing, especially in the bathroom or tiles, the joints are falling off."

"I am considering the hotel as an option if necessary to spend the night between flights when flying from Antalya Airport.. Taxi from the airport is $20 for 20 minutes (you can also take bus 511, but only if you have a minimum of luggage). Breakfast 8:00-10:00 continental modest. The room has clean linen, soap, shampoo, slippers, a small bottle of water. TV without Russian channels. In the summer there is a swimming pool outside and sun loungers around."

"The hotel was located 12min from the Tram Stop. It's check in was pretty smooth. The receptionist was very polite. 2 bottles of water was provided complimentary in the room. It was very clean and nice. One of the Antalya museum is right beside it. The area is quite happening. It's absolutely safe for walk out at late night. Ample no. of restaurants and bars were around. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel."

MmuhammadI wasn't expecting this many facilities at this price. Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive,there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals. If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.

The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

Due to visiting in November, the staff was smaller and several of the facilities were off/out of service, such as the air conditioning, beach chairs, and apparently the use of the pool. I expect we would have left a better review if we had visited during peak season. Lovely cats around.

DDee12345Booked the smallest standard room which was tiny with a bed against window and there was a Faint drain smell in room-whch was slightly unpleasant, and room was a bit grubby, but it freshened up once been lived in for a few hours. Smart TV not connected to Network. Wifi was inconsistent in the room. Mostly off than on Hand rail on stairs up to room was loose and dangerous and came off in hand. Saw that had been reviewed a year ago so not repaired. Building work is going on in adjacent hotel but it's not too bad. Covers on bed are dried hard, so it feels like laying under a biscuit! Sheets on my bed had 3 tears/ holes in. Parrot in cage near reception squaking nonstop from early so ear plugs needed if light sleeper Breakfast is either a buffet or brought to you depending on how many guests are in the hotel. Buffet is better so you don't waste food. For UK guests, serving chips for breakfast is very odd. Location is really great in the centre of old town Easy to get to with a straight walk from Hadrians Gate Nice thick, comfortable mattress on bed Very sun-catching relaxing pool terrace available and nice Spanish music playing - Buena Vista Social club vibe Great value hotel if you can get a very good deal and would recommend if so, but recommend to get a room other than the cheapest unless its only for a night or 2. Staff very friendly and helpful and will do anything for you. I will stay again if the price is right.

The hotel staff is wonderful👍 They solve problems quickly and without conflicts. I really liked the hotel. Not far from the hotel is the old town with beautiful streets. If you go right from the sea, there are a lot of cafes with amazing views, parks. In general, come, you will not regret it.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
