"Stay at hotel was amazing!
I stayed here during a solo trip to turkey and this hotel didn’t disappoint. Sunbathed by the pool most days and took advantage of the private beach on some days.
Although the hotel is slightly far out and not close to much, there is a convenient store right across the street and also equipped with an okay hotel restaurant. Room service available 24/7 and was always extremely accommodating. Beautiful hotel but only slight let down is the location. However reception always happy to book a taxi for you asap and taxis are quite cheap!"

Рядом магазины и кафе в достаточном ассортименте. Рынок выходного дня - в паре кварталов. Ежежневная уборка номера, отзывчивый персонал. Завтраки великолепные, вкусные и сытные. Сам район тихий, но в конце недели в ресторане отеля - вчерняя дискотека ровно до 23 часов. Ночью тихо и спокойно.
В итоге - очень довольны своим выбором и отелем.
Большое спасибо за отлично проведенное время."

"We arrived very late in the evening and were only in the hotel for 12pm. We were put up in one of the ”bungalows” with a balcony. It's okay for one night and the price, but we wouldn't book it again. The walls are very permeable, you can hear everything the guest next door said and did. The planes fly directly over you and the street is very busy and therefore loud. The door wasn't really tight either, we were worried that someone might break in. And unfortunately another very, very bad point was the floor was very dirty and you couldn't walk in the room without shoes. So all in all we wouldn't recommend it and would rather go to a different hotel next time we're passing through. The service was otherwise good, helpful and very nice."

"Hello, after 2 days of work, we were very disappointed with the hotel and encountered various problems. First of all, when we arrived at the room, the safe did not work properly. On the other hand, the safe was not fixed and it was small . If there is a theft of farewell money and passports, we have to wait more than 45 minutes to ensure the safety of the work order, and then the window lock problem can not work properly, we have to change rooms, we have to move to a single room, I think this It is unacceptable. On the other hand, the staff pays great attention to the quality of breakfast. This hotel needs special refreshing, especially in the bathroom or tiles, the joints are falling off."

AAngelaHotel was lovely clean and helpful. We were unlucky with the weather we couldn’t leave the hotel because of the weather. I feel there could have been more inside entertainment during the day as there was not much to do beside swim.
Maybe this could be improved in future when weather is bad.
Overall we enjoyed the break food and drink.

YYelena TThe hotel staff is very nice and welcoming. The hotel consists of several buildings and it very much depends, where you get the room. The building with the nicest open view to the sea is under renovation now. My “seaview” room was more the palm trees view, as the floor was not high enough. And there was constant noise from the ventilation system in a different building. The doors are not sound isolated, so everything in the corridor is heard very loudly in the room. The room itself is nice and clean, but on the small side.

The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant.
Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!

There is a continuous supply of food and drinks, including beer, whiskey, vodka, and Pepsi, available throughout the day. The reception staff is very kind, though I was unable to get an early check-in at 1:30 PM, which was a bit problematic. The nearby beach is excellent, and the hotel provides a special tunnel for access to the crystal-clear sea. The room was excellent with a great view of the sea. However, I have a few comments regarding room cleanliness: the Nescafé cup should be cleaned daily, as it went two days without cleaning. It would also be better to have a more powerful air conditioner in the restaurant where breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served. The variety of foods is extensive, but the dinner time from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM is too short and should be extended until at least 10:00 PM. I liked the idea of the mini breakfast available from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. Overall, the stay was good, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

GGuest UserIt's close to the ferry and airport bus (havist) stops, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so it's a great location. Even if you arrive at night, you can rest assured because it's close to the downtown area and is bustling. If you're traveling alone and feel hesitant to go into a restaurant, you can get takeout from a nearby delicious and inexpensive delicatessen or pilaf shop and eat it in your room! There is an elevator and a refrigerator in the room. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the staff are very kind. When I asked about it, they casually gave me some chai. Thank you! When I asked about a cheap hammam near the hotel, the woman told me that its opening hours were different from the hours listed on Google, and she gave me advice on whether I would be able to make it in time for my flight home after the hammam, and what time I should take the airport bus. I stayed in three hotels in Turkey, but the staff at this hotel were the most kind and considerate, and they put themselves in the travelers' shoes. If I come to Istanbul again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserVery good location - in Old Town and close to plenty of restaurants, cafes and shopping, the old city marina, hidirilik tower, karaalioglu park, and pick up point for day trips which is just outside the hadrian gate.
The room was quite small and many things didnt function. Unaccessible bedside drawers, tv and safe didnt work, small old shower with no proper ventilation, no space to hang/dry anything except for wardrobe, beddings smelling of cat food. The ac worked really well though.
The staff communication was polite yet terrible. I needed early check in and contacting them prior to staying was a nightmare. Either they didnt pick up, or if they did, they'd tell you they don't know/call back later. Upon arriving early morning 6am, we were told by the night shift manager that'd hed provide us the room early around 9am and agreed that it doesnt make sense to pay for early check in just for 3 hours and we could just lounge around by the pool until the. But this was a lie. The day manager simply dismissed us and asked for extra nights cost for a room that was in the attic with barely any space to stand straight. Frustrated and disappointed, we just ended up waiting till 2pm for check in.
We didnt have wifi for an entire day despite complaining. The wifi in rooms is different to wifi in lobby which the staff didnt seem to understand. They simply didnt bother completing the wifi process which is why we couldnt access the wifi in the room.
Throughout our stay, we had different information provided by different 5 staff which got very very frustrating. Water bottle and amenities etc is only provided on the first day which is not clearly mentioned in description. One staff told us there is housekeeping every third day when we requested for few things, however this isnt true as per other staff/owner.
Breakfast was ok. Not much selection in warm food, only chips and sausages and eggs.
The indoor area looks pretty with the plants and swimming pool. Lots of cute cats. There are 3 parrots and one of them talks! the noise levels are expectedly high if youre facing the pool area. Not ideal if youre a light sleeper.
Overall, great location but needs better service.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience. Asked for a room change due to the continuing building work going on at this hotel. It’s trading during a major overhaul. Work starts at 8am through to some days 8pm. There’s no way you can relax on the day. The second room we where moved to had a tiny window with a view to shock anyone. Photo uploaded. Walls are paper thin we could hear every sound from the room next door. A telephone conversation including the call responder could be heard as if we were all in the same room. Poor fitted flooring. The wardrobe was free standing and when the door was open the whole thing rocked forward and had to be held to stop it falling on us. The breakfast room which was a previous basement has had a poor re fit and there was a strong smell of sewage in the mornings. We where told all rooms were non smoking yet the smell of smoking was strong in both of the bedrooms we had been allocated. I spoke to reception regarding this issue to be told it’s the workman smoking outside the back door and leaving the door open, plus people standing by the enterance of the hotel’s automatic doors. The second bedroom we where relocated to had several a/c units outside of the window which kept us awake . We had four nights here and did not get any good rest. Continental breakfast was very basic, all of the choice was uncovered and had flys over it . Staff in this area spent most of the time on there mobile phones, The breakfast room was clearly still under construction!. A positive is the Wi-Fi signal was good but different code depending what floor you where on. Hotel is very close to the Main Street with traffic at all times. Sirens from emergency services day and night. We over heard many guests complain about the noise from builders and very thin walls.
