Room was good had everything you needed but did take a while to get warm. A little noisy if staying on airport side but stops around 22/23.00 and great views from the window. Staff very friendly and explained everything you need to know of the area.

I traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night(8.6),Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

Everything about the hotel is good except the service. We have communicated with the driver to add a bed, but he still can't add it. The housekeeper is extremely inefficient and can't add a bed in 2 hours. If there are 2 people, there is no problem staying in this hotel. If you need an extra bed, be prepared. It is very difficult to add a bed and the bed is very uncomfortable.

The room is spacious and clean. The gym is also quite big. The breakfast is delicious but a bit expensive. The service is average. It was midnight when we arrived. The front desk didn't hear us ringing the bell and opened the door for us after a long time. It felt like minus ten degrees outside. It was freezing. Other than this, everything else was pretty good

The hotel has a great flair. Modern and traditional at the same time. Location is great close to the old city center and the harbor. People are very friendly and helpful. Only finding a parking spot and the way to the hotel was a bit confusing. Hotel entrance doesn’t carry a sign or letters with the hotel name.

Good value for money, 1000 RMB can stay in a spacious four-star hotel in Iceland. The hotel has rich facilities and a good experience. The balcony view depends on which room you stay in. I personally don't think it's necessary. My order said that no payment is required upon arrival, and the city tax has been paid. But I still charged me 1.5 pounds for something else. I don't care about a small amount of money, but I feel uncomfortable.

JJCR28Check in is at the other side (about 2 mins walk). The hotel front desk staff is very enthusiastic and introduced nearby attractions, supermarkets, and parking locations (P1/P2/P3 charges apply). The room is clean. Because the sound insulation is a bit poor on the ground floor, pedestrians walking/chatting/car sounds on the street can be heard clearly. People who are afraid of noise can consider living on a higher floor. There is no drain in the toilet, so be careful when taking a shower and rinse dry. The location of the accommodation is very convenient.

IIaneExcellent location and is a few minutes walk from the rainbow street. Have its own parking area so perfect for those that start/end the trip with rental car. My advice is try to get the upper floor as I was allocated the GF which is the -0.5 floor versus the public road. So you wont able to sleep very late of a day, which can be good or bad. Other facility is all great and better than the hotel I stay earlier in Reykjavik.

LLin Wei KwaThe studio apartment was excellent - clean, spacious, yet cozy at the same time. Most importantly, everything, from the kitchen appliances to the lamps and heater, were functional. The response from the team to queries was also quick and clear. Only thing I found inconvenient was the difficulty locating the apartment at the first instance, especially from the drop-off from the shuttle bus service. Also, there is no elevator, which could be an issue if you have heavy luggage. But overall, a very pleasant experience, and it was pity we could not stay longer.

AAnonymous UserExcept that the door could not be opened at first, after contacting the landlord, the landlord opened the door for us in the background and then updated the correct password. The room is relatively short and does not have a direct view of the sea, but other than that it is very good. The facilities are complete and easy to use. The multi-function oven and refrigerator are very convenient.

IIm__danniIt was good to stay for our last day as it's quite close to the bus station to airport. As there's fully equipped kitchen, we could be able to cook our own food which made us feel even better. Lastly, Bonus is right beside so it was cooool! Just one thing is that I had hard time looking for the entrance but unless that, it was good stay.

TTeacher HarryLayout of room was kind of strange. The bed is on a weird platform that might be difficult to navigate for less agile people, or those who are sleepy or otherwise impaired. Bathroom was overly small. It has a kitchenette, but no microwave. The location is in the heart of the most touristy part of Reykjavik. This is the third hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling to Reykjavik. The others, both lower priced, were not afflicted with the smell of sulphur (rotten eggs) in the water. It is possible to filter this out, and a person paying the price this hotel is asking should be able to expect better quality water. If you want to be in the thick of the tourist action and don’t mind smelly water, this place is OK. Otherwise…

GGuest UserHostess and host are both helpful and friendly. We arrived early and were allowed to store our luggage. The room was clean. What we liked most was that there was a big window that can be opened and the room is very bright. In addition the location of the apartment is very convenient. Bus stop 14 is about 5-6mins walk. And there are nice restaurants around the area. The church is nearby too. The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage on the day when we checked out. Overall it’s a nice stay. It added to the good memories of our Iceland trip.

The store also provides a capsule coffee machine. Parking is convenient downstairs. Pay attention to the emails sent by the store. There is no front desk, and you need to use the password sent by the store to enter the room.

GGuest UserIt is close to tourist attractions in Reykjavik. Reykjavík's iconic churches, town hall and lakeside are within walking distance. The tour stop is Bus-stop 6, so that's also convenient. You can see several nearby buildings and ports, and there are various souvenir shops, convenience stores, and marts nearby, so it's useful to spend time shopping. Various restaurants are also within walking distance. Facilities and cleanliness are not bad. I think it is a characteristic of Iceland that sulfur is added to the water. The room we used was very spacious for 3 people, and the sofa was also convenient. There are various utensils for cooking, as well as a microwave and refrigerator. The downside is that the water control is sometimes not done, so I have trouble with hot water when showering or washing dishes. Due to the clubs and bars nearby, you may hear the sound of young friends on holidays. Overall, it is a satisfactory hotel for the price.

AAnonymous UserThe apartment is located very close to the city centre so walking into the town to go shopping and drinking is very easy with buses also within walking distance. Honestly the walls are quite thin as you can hear people walking into the apartment from the front door into the neighbouring apartments. Me and my partner had a very comfortable 5 nights there as the heating is very strong the shower is nice and warm, and there is enough Delf and cutlery for about 4-6 people if necessary. For it's affordable price given its location so close to the centre I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a nice spot to sleep on your trip to Iceland
