Hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative. hotel is tidy . I was staying with my wife just for 2 nights and we both are satisfied. Location was great . Hotel window view was amazing .only 8-10 minutes walking distance from bus station. Just 15-18 minutes walking distance from famous Hallgrimskirkja church, rainbow street.below I uploaded some pictures from window.Highly recommended 😍

When we arrived at the hotel address above, the employee told us that we had booked another hotel. It was a bit strange because the original hotel was written on my mobile phone system, which was correct, but the employees said so, so we had to go to the Grandi he mentioned first. Center hotel check in, luckily it was confirmed to be Grandi center hotel, and there were 2 welcome drink vouchers given when you checked in, which is great👍🏻

GGuest UserHighly recommended! The front desk service attitude is very good, and any needs are solved in a timely manner. The room is warm, comfortable and clean. The location is very good. If you want to go out to eat, there are various restaurants nearby. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils. You can buy something from the supermarket next door and cook it yourself. The breakfast is fresh and the variety is adjusted every day. After a tiring day of playing, I don’t want to go anywhere when I return to the room. It’s so warm!

AAaxiuThe sister at the front desk is very beautiful and patient. The hotel is warm and refined. The location is not far from the central area. It can be connected to the flybus, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the sound insulation is a bit poor. The wooden floor in the corridor reverberates loudly, and the sound of pulling the chairs in the next room is also a bit noisy.

GGuest UserI missed the welcome of warm cookies in the afternoon. There was nothing. The front desk staff was fine- nothing to write home about. It was nice they held our luggage after checkout for a few hours as we shopped before heading to the airport. Tip to others- P3 parking lot is about 3 blocks away close to the water side- there was always parking there. The location was good. In the middle of the action. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Eggs, salmon, breads, pastries, so many things. Only comment is that the variety was the same for the 3 days there- no changes- so it did get boring after day two. The beds comfy. room is nice. water pressure for showers good. I would stay here again.

GGuest UserSince I booked 4 nights, I have a good discount. It is a pretty interesting accommodation, something in between an Airbnb (self-check-in and healthy Skyr breakfast) and a hotel (clean and comfortable beds). The color of the renovation also fits well into Iceland. The washroom has a heated floor, which is nice in winter. They also have blackout curtains and I can see how it can be helpful in the summer when there is no darkness. There is also a bus stop right downstairs which is very convenient for us to get to downtown. You just need to download the public transport app (Straeto/Klappid), which allows you to buy bus tickets with your credit card and scan the QR code on the bus.

GGuest UserI traveled to Iceland and chose this hotel for a total of three nights. This is the first night（8.6）,Everything else in the hotel is very good. The only terrible thing is that for the room on my left, I can clearly hear their phone calls. For the room on my right, I can clearly hear them coughing and talking, which is very clear in the middle of the night. I doubt whether every room can hear the sound like this, so I will consider whether it is useful to propose to change the room.

We checked out after entering the room but did not check in because the room type was not what we booked and the hotel did not have it. Later, Ctrip's customer service Baichuan helped us change to a new hotel. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service Baichuan, we have experienced the high-quality service of a large company in cold Iceland. Ctrip is still reliable when you are away from home!

BBb.88We had an extremely pleasant stay and will definitely consider this hotel again the next time. Great location, friendly staff and the room had everything we needed. The free coffee & tea in the lobby was a very nice touch too, especially in a city as expensive as Reykjavik! I also appreciated that guests are giving the opportunity to opt out of room cleaning and are given a drink voucher for the hotel bar in return.
