GGuest UserThe location was perfect for exploring the heart of Tenjin. There were convenience stores and supermarkets right next to the hotel, so I was able to frequent them before heading to the hotel. There were also plenty of bars in the alleyways! I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Fukuoka! However, when I checked in, I followed the instructions on the tablet, but it didn't work. I had to call and barely managed to get in. ㅠㅠ

어어슬렁ふらふらI often visit Hakata, but this was my first time staying at an apartment hotel.
I received my door number via email immediately after making my reservation, and I was able to leave my luggage before checking in the next day.
I had already pre-checked in on my mobile phone, so I conveniently scanned the QR code and had a video call with the staff. After that, I was assigned a room, received the password, and checked in.
It seemed perfect for families.
The shower and toilet are separate, and it's a typical 1LDK.
It's located in Sumiyoshi Nichome, but it's close to Haruyoshi, making it easy to get to Nakasu, Yakuin, and Tenjin.
However, it's a bit far from Hakata Station.
While there was no noise between walls, there was some noise between floors.
It's right next to the Naka River, so the view is great.

__WeChat260558****The room was very clean and quite spacious, equipped with a simple kitchen, refrigerator, and washing machine. Check-in was smooth and easy, entirely self-service. It's a very short walk to Hakata Station, about 7-8 minutes, and there are two Lawson convenience stores on the way, which is incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserThe space wasn't as small as I thought. A triple bed would have been nice, but sleeping on a mattress was more than enough.
I couldn't find my toothbrush, so I bought it at the convenience store, but I found it in the sink cabinet.
The water in the sink is marked as drinking water, and there's nothing in the fridge, so there wasn't anything to check at checkout.
There are tables, so it's convenient for snacks, and it's within walking distance of the Tenjin Underground Shopping Mall.
However, the line was so long that I couldn't even consider Shinshin Ramen.
A delicious and friendly okonomiyaki place (everything was really good).
Motsunabe was famous and worth a try, but one bite was enough.
A convenience store was also nearby, which was nice.

GGuest UserWe are a family of 4 and stayed at this place, self check in and out. No one to guide you so if you need help there is nothing but they did put all the necessities in the flat, it was very spacious which we can put our 4 suitcases and luckily enough we got parking space because I think it the other residentials there didn't have cars, so there was still space left for us even when we came back late. We walk over to Hakata station which was like 15 to 20 mins walks, there was plenty of things there but the shops closed at 8 which was pretty early for Japan and only the restaurants and food place was opened. But we enjoy the stay there and Fukuoka as well.

Please note that there's no daily housekeeping service for linens and towels; guests are expected to maintain cleanliness themselves. Just make sure to sort your trash properly and keep the place tidy.

MMAYOTONGThere aren't many detailed reviews, so I'm writing this in case it's helpful.
* It's spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but it's not that great.
* There are no amenities other than shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash. They say you can buy them, but I didn't look for them.
* They say they don't change bedding or towels during your stay. There are plenty of towels.
* The microwave and coffee pot are poorly maintained.
* The beds are so hard. The squeaky spring beds are worse than cheap motels.
The subway station where you can catch the airport line is a 10-minute walk.
The concert hall is about a 12-minute walk.
There's a convenience store and the location is great, so it might be a good choice for those who aren't too sensitive or want a spacious room.
There's a lot of dust and spills on the floor, so if you're going to use a desk, it'd be better to use something to sit on.

Cooking supplies are provided in the room, such as electromagnetic plates, microwave ovens, pans, woks and spatulas, dishes and chopsticks, as well as plastic wrap, aluminum paper, kitchen towels, dish soap and sponges. There is also an independent washing machine and laundry detergent provided in the room. There is a sofa and a small coffee table. The location is quiet yet prosperous, located between Tenjin and Hakata. It takes about 1 minute to walk to the convenience store. There are also many restaurants nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the railway station.
