Fukuoka Hostels

Super friendly and helpful staff! The location was brilliant, it only took around 25 minutes to get to the airport, as well as walking distance to a lot of the main central sites to see in Fukuoka. Shower room was clean and well equipped and the sleeping pod was also clean and very comfortable. The most amount of space I’ve had to myself in a hostel I think. The included breakfast was basic but I think it’s enough for what you’re paying. There was coffee/tea, bread, jam, yoghurt, granola and a couple of baked goods. See my picture for what I had (it filled me up for the morning, so no complaints from me). Only negative for me was the sound the door to the room makes when locking/unlocking. Obviously in a hostel you can expect a bit of noise and people coming/going throughout the night, but I had the pod closest to the door and the sound of it closing, locking and unlocking was extremely loud. There’s nothing the guests can do to minimise this, even if you close it softly. The automatic lock is so loud. This might only be an issue if you’re close to the door but be prepared, it’s quite an infuriating sound and I could unfortunately hear it through my headphones. All in all, I still enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again! Would just maybe request a pod further from the door☺️

reception was great, they have a very clear instructions before visit and after check in The shower room is better than i thought, clean and comfy People sensitive to snoring or noise is not quite recommended But other than that it is good for just visiting a few days!!

As a Japanese I was able to meet people everywhere. I managed to walk around Ohori Park and if I was there at the right time (so three days before my arrival) I could have visited the fish market which was open to everyone. On the other hand, the park is quite good for walking, there are lots of water birds.

I used it for the first time. I was very impressed from the time I asked if I could stay at midnight. It seems that there were few people, so I used it like a private room. The inside of the building is clean and I am very satisfied with the comfort of spending ^_^! I would like to stay again if I have another chance. Thank you very much!

There was a female dormitory and I was relieved. There was a card key at the entrance. The sleeping room used the space which was 2 steps. It had a small lighting, a outlet, and a simple keyed safe. It seemed that the lock was locked in two ways: the method of pressing the button (number) and the key, but there was no way to lock the button anywhere, so I didn't know how to use it, and I used only the person who turned the key. There were 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms. Overall it was very clean and very good! The receptionist was very impressed. I wanted to use it again!

3 children 1 adult We stayed for 3 nights with 4 people. kids loved it I contacted them because they didn't have body wash. He said he was sorry and immediately brought it to me and gave me a drink. Due to the nature of Japan, humidity seems inevitable and it was nice to see the river. But when I open the door to ventilate, the smell of the river comes out. It's close to Tenjin and Aeon Mall is nearby, so it's great for shopping and walking!

The first experience of the bedroom, a lot of concerns before the trip but thanks to the sky the feeling of home in the hostel slows my anxiety. The location is good, 15 - 20 minutes for the Hakata station walking, or 100 yen with public bus. The bed is super comfortable! The compartment is large enough to sleep and store small baggage. Surely the winner of all. Very simple services, a bathroom and a shower for every kind, and outdoor laundry. Just being prepared may be necessary to make the row for use, but I was lucky that I didn't have to for all my stay. Other guests in the room may not be so kind at motion, for example when you open / close the single bed tent. But it was inevitable. . .

I've been disturbing you for the pre-opening. A guest house that has been renovated from an old folk house that has been built for 100 years. It was a really nice space where you could drink beer on the porch and watch the home theater in a shared space. The bed mat also uses a special order that does not sound, so even in the dormitory, I was able to sleep with peace of mind without worrying about other customers. You can enjoy the atmosphere of an old folk house chillhop that is more at home than the hiive of the affiliated store.

The location of the hostel is in the middle of Akasaka and Omori Park. The distance from the train station to the hostel is approximately 5-10mins which is great. However when u came back after visiting different touring sites, this might be tiring. But the hostel is very clean, and have great hot water for bathing. About drinking water, they have a water filter for normal water and an electric pot for hot water. But it might be quite inconvenient when you want to drink. Better buy water outside.

The staff at the guesthouse was very kind, friendly and awesome! It's close to Hakata, there are supermarkets around, and I didn't feel any inconvenience! There are many users from overseas, so I think there are many opportunities to interact with various people! This guesthouse is awesome for both Japanese visitors and foreign visitors. The staffs are really friendly and attentive. They speak English very well and you can chat with them and hang out with them as well. This is kinda of my home in Fukuoka I ’ll come back here again !!
