Before I stayed in this hotel from time to time but for a brief stay of not more than a week if my memory does not betray me. Owing to renovation, I stayed in this hotel for four months, then I found this hotel is the most ideal place to stay. The location is too good to be imagined, I could return the hotel dry and quick even in heavy raining days. Florence Lee, the telephone operator surprised me a lot for she could recognize my name and greeted me so friendly and helpful, definitely, the other operators were very nice with sweet voices. The staff at the entrance were all wonderful and helpful, same as the front desk officers. Johnny and Don took initiatives to help me to hire a taxi in the early morning. Definitely, the staff of the fitness centre were extremely nice and considerate, for example, Fish Lam alerted me not to come to the swimming pool because of the weather. Ming made endeavours to help me to find the door key. Rita, Coby, John, Tim and Will are very helpful and professional. There are other staff of the fitness centre whom I missed to mention are also very nice. Finally, particular thanks go to Gary who kindly solve my problem with the assistance of Raymond and Carmen. In a brief, even though my home, after renovation, is beautiful, I hate to leave because of their hospitality and helpful manner. Do take my advice and enjoy the long stay.
