Before I stayed in this hotel from time to time but for a brief stay of not more than a week if my memory does not betray me. Owing to renovation, I stayed in this hotel for four months, then I found this hotel is the most ideal place to stay. The location is too good to be imagined, I could return the hotel dry and quick even in heavy raining days. Florence Lee, the telephone operator surprised me a lot for she could recognize my name and greeted me so friendly and helpful, definitely, the other operators were very nice with sweet voices. The staff at the entrance were all wonderful and helpful, same as the front desk officers. Johnny and Don took initiatives to help me to hire a taxi in the early morning. Definitely, the staff of the fitness centre were extremely nice and considerate, for example, Fish Lam alerted me not to come to the swimming pool because of the weather. Ming made endeavours to help me to find the door key. Rita, Coby, John, Tim and Will are very helpful and professional. There are other staff of the fitness centre whom I missed to mention are also very nice. Finally, particular thanks go to Gary who kindly solve my problem with the assistance of Raymond and Carmen. In a brief, even though my home, after renovation, is beautiful, I hate to leave because of their hospitality and helpful manner. Do take my advice and enjoy the long stay.

I had a last hour need to stay in London and chose Golden Blue for the location, convenience and easy access to the centre of London and the area where the city's main doctors are located. Positive point for receptionist Heloiza, who after I had called 2x to try booking and other receptionists didn't even want to note my name and phone, she quickly informed she had no but would stay with my phone, and on the first cancellation he called me informing about the availability, negative point for breakfast, where I asked for a omelet and the co-worker refused to make pq had eggs mowed in the buffet already. I recommend hosting!

I made a car trip from Rio to Foz do Iguaçu and needed a room for night in the middle of the road to the Rio, and as I was in the middle of a long holiday I had some difficulty finding a hotel. I got a vacation at the hotel Eden Sorocaba after a long search. I chose the Criillon Palace Hotel. In the light of the pandemic, the comments were very old and I had no way to know if the hotel was good. The hotel is very good in the centre, close to shopping and pharmacies. The accommodation is not luxury but very good, with an average rate of 8.5, with a 10 cleaning note. The room has a fridge, a closet, a tableware, a LCD TV, a hairdryer and a great bed.The bathroom is old but comfortable with a very good hot bath, note 8.0.The hotel has WiFi, but I haven't even been able to use it. The hotel staff were very careful, he met with great sympathy Note 10,0. The hotel has a safe free parking in the hotel's ground floor. I would recommend and surely return.

The room is large, it belongs to the suite type, breakfast is quite rich, there is a small park nearby to run. It is very convenient to play, there are many rooms, and the front desk does not speak English very much. Overall very satisfied.
