Hôtel trés bien placé ce qui a permis de profiter pleinement d'Arcachon dans des conditions idéales. Anciennement classé 4*, il est actuellement 3* mais menacerait d'en perdre encore une sans mener quelques travaux de rafraîchissement plus profonds! Le rafraichissement des chambres a été léger (note pour le design du lavabo originel!) et celui des parties communes inexistant. Le petit déjeuner a été copieux et varié, attention cependant, l'approvisionnement du buffet dépend grandement des équipes présentes. Parlant du personnel, j'ai trouvé au niveau de l'accueil des différences notables également sur l'amabilité, et reste encore surpris d'avoir a payer a l'arrivée les petits déjeuners alors que la chambre avait déjà été intégralement payée et que nous aurions pu prendre d'autres consommations en cours de séjour a payer au check out. Pingre au regard d'une chambre facturée 250 Euros! Ceci dit et pour finir sur une touche positive, le séjour, le balcon et la terrasse avec piscine restent un must en été a Arcachon!

First time we have stayed in this hotel and it was all excellent! Staff were all lovely and really helped us when we had to deal with car problems during our stay. Hotel is a great location, a little old fashioned but this totally adds to its charm. Parking can be a bit of a nigh**are in Arcachon so free parking at hotel is a real bonus. Great pool and the beach right outside, sadly all a bit rainy and cold during our visit but would be perfect with better weather. Mercixx

Great location on the beach ,Hotel clean the staff are absolutely Brilliant . The reception staff can't do enough for you providing all information on arrival, breakfast was quite adequate providing fresh breads and pastries.

The hotel is a fair 3* but extremely overpriced fpr what it offers. Great views. Fairly bad breakfast and no space. 2nd day:got food at boulangerie,got yelled at by reception lady saying eating one's own food at hotel territory is unallowed and we should eat their breakfast (not stated anywhere).

Nous avons été reçu par une dame qui erait aussi sympathique qu'une daronne.... Quoi dire d'autre ?... BOF Nous n'avons pas compris cet accueil qui n'est pas convenable / prix de la chambre. Les autres personnels ont convenablement effectué leur travail.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, accès direct à la plage, chemin piéton et proche de l'embarquement pour le Cap Ferret. les chambres avec vue sur mer sont très agréables, propre et très bonne literie. Très bon accueil aussi. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Cet hôtel situé face à la mer offre une vue imprenable sur le bassin d’Arcachon. Il est également très bien situé proche du centre ville et offre l’accès direct à la plage. La piscine est idéal pour se poser et passer un bon moment. Le personnel et très accueillant et disponible. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie est excellente en revanche « un petit coup de neuf » ne ferait pas de mal à hôtel. Quelques petits défauts de propreté également. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus varié mais reste néanmoins très correct. En résumé, malgré quelques petits bémols, je recommande cet hôtel pour son emplacement, son cadre, et l’accueil du personnel. Si vous souhaitez profiter d’Arcachon durant un week end n’hésitez pas vous aurez tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment (piscine, spa, accès à la plage..
