"Highly recommended. The location is great, right next to the parasol, very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel is very new, so it is very clean and well equipped. The service is great. If you meet Sergio, you can ask him in Chinese: ”What is the Wi-Fi password?” 😆 (The photo was taken on the hotel balcony)"

"The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is in the center, but in a quiet place. The rooms are tiny, barely fit the bed. But it is nice that there is a private bathroom. The room has a wardrobe, a bedside table, a TV, air conditioning, the bed is comfortable. At first, I was checked into a room without a window, I asked to be given a room with a window the next day, and moved to another one. The hotel is old, tired. The rooms are dark, there is little light. The check-in process is very strange and extremely inconvenient, and sometimes inaccessible. If you decide to make contactless check-in, then you need to make it convenient for guests to register and receive keys. What is the problem with sending instructions on the day of check-in at least in a messenger? At the entrance to the hostel, there is an announcement at the door that you should call the specified phone number and you will be given instructions on how to get the key. And if you are unable to make a call, you will not be able to check in. The managers did not think about this. The phone number of the property in the description when booking does not match the one on the door, so you will not be able to contact in advance. I think the price is too high for such a hotel."
"In the old town of Seville, the city center, the location is very good. The room was better than I thought, there was a separate bathroom, but it was outside the room. Traditional Spanish architecture, very beautiful, come back next time."
"Facilities were very nice, although the swimming pool was on the restaurant which I found confusing- needless to say, we were too shy to take advantage of it- fitness facilities. My only complaint was the noise - it seems a reoccurring problem that sound travels through these buildings... I could hear my neighbors conversations like they were in my room. "
"Although the accommodation is Yangchun, the overall cp value is very high, and the front desk brother is very good, let me store my luggage all day and borrow my charger! In short, friends with limited budgets are highly recommended"

"The location is in the city center. There is free parking around during festivals. The room is relatively large and meets the three-star standard. The decoration is young and fashionable. The hotel breakfast is the most abundant among the 10 or so hotels I have stayed in Spain. The overall service level is above 4.5 points. There is a Chinese restaurant 300 meters away. The food is more Chinese. Chinese guests who have been unable to get used to Western food for a long time can try it. The price is not expensive."

Great
GGuest UserLocation fairly close to the bus stop. Bed was average with 2 single beds combined. The toilet was a bit higher than average.
Generous space provided with plenty of storage space.
PpuffyCloudThe staff are very nice. My flight has been delayed, and I had a great chance to miss the check-in time. I contacted the trip.com cs team, and they did a great job on passing the message to the hotel. The senorita greeting me with a big smile even if it's literally midnight, energetic, and explaining in detail for my check-in. Nevertheless, on the date check out, the hotel also offers free luggage storing up to an hour, which is great!
The location of the hotel is quite near the airport bus, since I just walked up a few minutes to get in the hotel. Very friendly for travelers from or to the airport. The main attractions are with a 20-minute walk from the hotel, use your legs and save some money from that. So on it also close to the bus station, so if you depart to the bus station, also convenient.
One little problem is that the room I stayed in is a bit old, so some of the amenities are broken. Yet, it's little problem to fix. The rest are very nice. The hotel is equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. It is also nice for a long-term stay. It is also with a washing and drying machine, the price is eur6 for laundry and eur4 for drying. The bulk bed is equipped with 2 pug ins, 2 usb port. Each one got 2 lockers to store things. I am very satisfied with this hotel. Will recommend to friends.

CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

GGuest UserVery good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK

GGuest UserCute hotel. The rooms are decently big to have luggage and even move around. No kettle or coffee in room which was a bit of disappointment but they have water filter on every floor so that was a plus. Toiletries not provided in room but you can ask the reception for toothbrush etc. location is a few hundred meter walk from Santa Justa Station. Cathedral is walkable as well. Takes about 20 minuets to reach. Other attractions are also explorable on foot.
Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.
MMr. Alex2045nice ibis brand hotel with lots of palms and orange trees at the entrance .
sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing.
pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel.
conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away
Hhappiest_girlThe hotel is conveniently located near the Plaza de Armas bus station; from there, you can reach the airport for just 5 euros. Cleanliness and service were okay. The breakfast buffet was decent, but you have to catch a waitress if you want eggs cooked for you or a glass of cava for a topnotch breakfast. There are roadworks in front of the hotel; on weekdays, they start at 8 a.m., and you won't get any sleep after that. The audibility in the rooms is high (we even heard the conversations of an Italian couple behind the wall). Since our stay was from Friday to Sunday, we did not request a change of room with a view on the other side. Perhaps those rooms are of a higher category, and we wouldn't get one anyway. At least, we had a room on the highest floor, which offered a bonus — a view of Seville rooftops with a beautiful sunrise one day (see the picture below, hence the roadworks on the street). I suppose rooms on the other side of this floor would have a view of the river and sunsets (but I couldn't check it).
