The hotel staff and facilities were excellent, very friendly and attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Joanne the receptionist arranged for us to have a massage. Rooms very clean. Pool area spotless as is the outside bar. Highly recommend. The Manager is very knowledgeable and attentive to all the quests. The hotel feels very safe especially as we were 2 females, the area is well served with shops and other amenities. I would be happy to travel back solo.

Super accommodation, clean, very nice team. Wide selection of food. Relaxing pool and sunbathing area, pleasant bar. There are 2 beaches nearby, a smaller one in the next street. And across from it is a convenience store! The bus stop is also located here.

We visited Zakynthos at the beginning of the season and had a great time! The hotel staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. We rented a car, and there is a designated parking area not far from the hotel. There is also a store directly across from the hotel. If we go back, we would choose the Maistrali Hotel again!

Very pleasant hotel with very nice staff. We were with an 8-month-old baby. We were given a room on the ground floor with an extra bed upon request. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. It looks much better in real life than in the photos. The food is delicious and varied, everyone will definitely find something for themselves. The playground could be larger for older children.during the season, swimming pool animations and themed evenings with live music. I highly recommend staying here :)

What a wonderful relaxing break, The manager and staff are so welcoming and helpful.Lovely tasty food and choice. The whole Hotel is so clean and Pool area. Plenty of sun loungers. Shops & Bar nearby but we went all inclusive so didn’t need much. Highly recommend.

The Hotel and facilities are excellent, Staff are exceptional, friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Food is tasty, varied and catering staff were extremely Helpful with my Fish allergy. The manager is attentive and cares about his guests having an enjoyable stay. Nothing like previous reviews suggest. A beautiful quiet friendly hotel. Highly recommend, close to beach, shops and has everything you will need.

Giannis is the best bartender in this place, he is very nice and friendly, we became friends right away. During our stay he was always smiling and happy. I hope to come back there someday! Hotel service at a high level, very polite employees, the food was tasty and varied. I have very fond memories of my stay at the hotel. Cheers!!!!

Recently, my friends and I had the opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of the Maistrali hotel. The entire facility is kept clean. the rooms were cleaned every day, the food was delicious and the service was very nice. Bartender Giannis deserves special praise. A very nice and always smiling boy. will easily prepare any drink. He is very friendly and funny. People like Giannis make places like Horel Maistrali memorable and make you want to come back.

Giannis is the best bartender I've ever met! Always smiling and helpful, I've barely left and I already miss him. Good luck, my good face. Cheers Nice hotel, the room was a bit cramped, the area was quiet with no attractions, the food was ok. Zakynthos is beautiful
