"Arrive in Zurich at 1pm and go straight to this hotel instead of staying in Lucerne. I went to see the morning at Mt. Rigi and I was lucky to watch the sunrise. "The location of the hotel is perfectly beautiful and conveniently close to public transport. This includes the boats which go on various trips on the lake. Service in the hotel was very good and I would especially like to mention Kenny at reception who was happy to go the extra mile. The food was good and a wonderful breakfast buffet is served. The coffee was good, croissants and bread fresh, a wonderful selection of good quality jam, simply excellent. For those who wanted, there was even smoked salmon and on certain days, a glass of bubbly!! Would also like to mention the two ladies who run “breakfast” and keep things clean and fresh. Thank you."
