I am really impressed with the kindness, hospitality and service from all the staff at this excellent modern hotel - in an excellent location. Flawless stay. Beautiful suite with really nice welcome of Kazakh wine and a souvenir Yurt in my suite. Meticulously clean, comfortable and really good value too. Can't say enough good things about this superb hotel. Hilton driver met me at airport. Really kind warm welcome. Local tourist suggestions given by front desk. Excellent recommendations. One special employee deserves mention as the friendliest and kindest breakfast waiter I have met in years. Deserves ”Employee of the month”. He delivered the most kind, genuine Kazakh hospitality and just made me feel so welcome. I have a photo below but can't remember his name unfortunately. Highest recommendation for this wonderful hotel - a beautiful building made perfect by truly outstanding, committed and very hard working staff. Excellent English spoken by all I met. Well done and genuine thanks for your kindness and hospitality.

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

The hotel is next to the main tourist spots in the city. There is a National Opera Theatre and a restaurant behind the hotel The grill & bar restaurant across the road from the Opera Theatre is steak, On the third floor, noodles, recommended restaurants are Peek a boo Korean street food Korean restaurant was the most favorite with a variety of menu (there is a cham mourning soju and beer)

The hotel didn't like it at all. We're not going back. Now by items. 1. Every entrance to the room was accompanied by a technique that, by the way, had to always wait for some time. The electronic key access system has long died, apparently. Especially it is angry when the time of the night and very much want to get to the room. 2. When the room was settled, there was no TV, several roasts, again had to meet with the technique.... 3. Cigar bar. Two meetings were held there, the girl service at the bar is amazing. It is almost always no place, wait for order for as long as possible. Make an order/ get an account, you need to go look for it, ask. Amazing service... 4. The restaurant is not bad in general. Ordered in the room. Delicious! Here of course plus, for which were actually and put 2 stars. But even when delivering dinner to the room, the part ordered simply forgot to bring. After the reminder, of course brought.. But as it is in hotel 5⭐️ such service 🤦🏻‍♀️ One word, while the hotel positions itself as 5⭐️ and at such cost of course there must be a completely different level of service. I do not recommend!

The hotel is nice, but the communication cost is too high. The assistant confirmed with me that I booked a high-rise river view room. It turned out that it was not the case at all. My room was given a view of industrial building wasteland The spa is also very strange. When I came in, no one asked me where I lived. I chased after the whole spa to the locker room and asked me if I was a hotel guest. News headlines and the pool is a long walk from the locker room kind of like I have a cold anyway The bar is even more speechless. The Bloody Mary is the worst salty and spicy soup I have ever tasted at St. Regis, like gaspacho. If this soup is called Gorbachev’s life as a cocktail, it is understandable. If Gorbachev comes and tastes it, he will be rejected The hot old tear called the bartender an expert The bartender's comprehension ability is relatively limited, so don't ask too much, almost enough. His cocktail shape can basically make people go back outside Stalingrad. I saw the t34 all over the mountains and plains attacking me. His cocktail tile. It can be called the Soviet nuclear power. The location of the hotel is excellent. And a wonderful breakfast too. This is where the positives of the hotel end. It's amazing that the reception listens to you and does nothing. 1) The room was booked for two, the room has one bathrobe and one slippers. Why? They asked to bring everything for the second person, they never waited. 2) The door to the bathroom did not close in the room, again a call to the reception, they really did it. 3) The room was not cleaned and vacuumed and dusted for a week (photo attached). 4) Bed linen was not changed every day, as it was supposed to be, I specifically asked at the reception, but they were changed only when I urgently asked for it. 5) There were no cosmetic wipes in the room, we asked for 5 of them !!!! days, on the 6th day they brought them to us. 6) The window with a beautiful view of the city is dirty, it should be washed. 7) The bar has a menu with different prices. How is this possible? 8) The water in the jacuzzi is cold. We asked the girl who works there about the reason for the cold water, she said that it was broken. And you can list for a long time. Friends, this is a 5 star hotel and you don't live up to those stars. You need to pay attention to the requests and feedback of your guests.

For the amount you pay for the stay the hotel is well beyond the expectations! The rooms are clean, perfect interior, tasty breakfasts. Relatively small rooms, but again for the price they request they are better than most of the hotels and apartments to rent. Nice sitting area downstairs. If you have some time before the flight, but don't want to hang out in the city with the luggage, you can sit here or leave your luggage. Nice and pleasing staff. Generally Hilton Hotels are the best hotels that I have experienced.

This hotel is absolutely praise, the location is good, opposite the city hall, the first presidential museum, a few more steps, is the riverside of Ishim River , it is very pleasant to walk by the river in the evening; there is also a swimming pool and gym sauna room, the room is big, so pleasant surprise; The hotel also borrows bicycles for free, you can ride around; the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming, must like 👍👍👍
