THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION IN KARAISKAKI SQUARE, CLOSE TO TRANSPORTATION (METRO, BUS, TAXI). VERY NEAR THE AREA OF PSYRI, MONASTIRAKI, CENTER. REGARDING SERVICE: negatively 1. ORIGINALLY, WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM WITH A SIDE VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS. AFTER I NOTICED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT BY THE AFTERNOON, THIS WAS ONLY AFTER MY REPEATED CALLS TO THE RECEPTION. THE NEW ROOM WAS WITH AN EXCELLENT VIEW OF THE ACROPOLIS OF ATHENS - JUST AS I PAID FOR. 2. THE FIRST ROOM WE GOT HAD A ”BLOWN” BATHROOM DOOR WHICH WOULD NOT CLOSE. 3. THE CLEANLINESS OF THE FLOOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE, WITH A LOT OF FLUFF, WHICH WASN'T PICKED UP ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DAYS. POSITIVE 1. THE DIRECT SERVICE OF THE RECEPTION TO THE ROOM QUESTION THAT ARISED IN THE AFTERNOON. 2. THE FRIENDLY SERVICE OF ALL THE STAFF AT BREAKFAST 3. LARGE VARIETY OF BREAKFAST FIXTURES 4. I have made a booking believing it was a free cancellation one. I realized a few days later when the full amount has been debited from my card that booking was actually a non refundable one. I have written to the hotel about the unintentional booking made and asked them to change my reservation to free cancellation one, although there was still 28 days to the check in date they have refused to the so. I did not find it very ethical. İf an reservation offer is a NON REFUNDABLE it should be mentioned clearly not hiding behind some corner of the text. Rooms which are called a Junior suite should look like one. In a five star hotels rooms at the size of a deluxe room should not be called a junior suite giving impression of a large room. Room floor was of a stone which should only be in a summer hotels. City hotels with a stone floor feels way too cold. Seatings in the room way too low. Old folks wont be able to stand once seated in those chairs. Shower water pressure in our room was too weak. Bed was so awkwardly put you can only climb into the bed from foot of the bed since both sides of the bed covered with a wall and window. Other than that room facilities were new and adequate. Web site gives a misperception about the booking terms and a look of the rooms. Stuff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well located new and clean hotel and complimentary cookies served in the room ofset some of the above faults.

This hotel is an absolute steal. Clean, unique, comfortable pushing luxurious. Staff was 4 seasons good - breakfast was better. We were here the first 2 nights of a 15 day trip. They took care of us and our piles of luggage. I travel a fair bit for work and have stayed in hotels all over the US and Canada - almost exclusively big chains. This hotel is a strong rep for the Boutique side of hotel offerings. A side note about the area - traveled with my wife and adult daughter (trip was her college grad present) and we walked everywhere we went - including back at dusk from the Acropolis area. There were still plenty of people on the streets and at no time did we feel unsafe.

Booked two rooms for a three day stay and both rooms were comfortable and quiet. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my daughters but for me it was fine. Small bath but I managed to use it. The staff are great and breakfast was a good start to the day ahead. Nice coffee. Our flight back to the uk was cancelled due to air traffic control going on strike and the hotel let us stay another night without any fuss even letting us stay in the same rooms. All in all I have no regrets booking this hotel and for the price it’s a great choice. Reception booked our taxi to the airport and it was a fixed price of 40 euros.

Close to the subway, opposite the park, quiet, rooms are large enough. There are 3 stops from Constitution Square. The service is warm and attentive. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The quality is not clear. I will consider living next time.

We stayed at Be My Guest Athens for 6 nights in their superior bedroom with a balcony, and had a fantastic time! Our flight to Athens was very early, but reception was very helpful and prioritised getting our room ready to check in early, which was very much appreciated! Spacious room with air con and a lovely sized balcony. Honestly felt like we had our own apartment as we never heard nearby guests. Waterfall shower which was powerful and could always get to a good temperature easily. Daily housekeeping service with new towels everyday. We did have a drink on the rooftop bar, it was a lovely space and you can get a drink at the reception downstairs. Wouldn’t call it a bar so to speak, more just an area to enjoy in the hotel. Location is lovely in our personal opinion, downstairs is a supermarket and a bakery across the road. The next street along had some fantastic restaurants that we tried (Funky Taverna, Abibayo and Underdog) and in 5 minutes walk you can get to loads of coffee shops. You are close to Monstraki too which is about a 10 minute walk, near enough to enjoy without trying to sleep the noisiness. You are actually really close to the Acropolis too, if you walk! It’s about a 15 minute walk, you will have to change to a different line if you get the metro, and it’s a nice enough walk!

We had pre-arranged a transfer from the airport but it’s a straightforward metro ride. This is a beautifully converted property. We had a lovely room with balcony and Acropolis view over rooftops. Quiet with a very comfortable bed. Lovely Jo Malone bathroom products. Great area with lots of bars and restaurants and close to many sights. The atmosphere is relaxed. The hotel staff were all lovely and also very helpful. Breakfast on our balcony (or served on the roof terrace) was excellent. Complimentary bottles of water and coffee provided daily. Very reasonable wine available (and accompanied by an unexpected and excellent cheese plate) and sensibly-priced minibar. We would not hesitate to stay again. Easy train transfer to Piraeus for our onward travel.

The location of the Jason Inn was excellent--near key archeological sites and the flea market. It was also close to a fine array of restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was very good with an incredible view of the Acropolis. Our only negative was that it is on a busy street which was noisy. I would ask for a room away from the front of the hotel. However, I would still recommend this hotel and would return there if we return to Athens in the future.

This is the third time I have stayed at this apartment/hotel. It is simply one of the best places I have ever stayed in ( I’m a frequent traveler and I have visited over 50 cities) The rooms are extremely spacious And are furnished in a contemporary modern style where you have the option of a 60m or 100m room size. The rooms are well equipped with Literally everything you will need and more. The staff are the friendliest and will go over and beyond to cater for all your needs. I’m incredibly thankful to have found this gem and I highly recommend this place. Also if you rented a car there are a couple of garages in the same street and also a couple of public parking in the street.

The hotel is located very close to the main attractions of Athens, and although the neighbourhood doesn’t look pretty, the hotel is very good, with good facilities and spacious rooms. I stayed in a corner room and the lighting is excellent! Bathroom is decent, although the lack of a shower door, meant that water sometimes went into the carpet in the room. The breakfast is very basic and depending on what time you go, there’s even less choice, so maybe not worth the added extra, considering there are many options of restaurants around. There is a small fridge in the room so you can buy drinks and keep them chilled! I also liked that we were able to order a food delivery and the hotel was ok with that! The front desk staff are always polite and helped us when we needed anything.
