It can be said that Baku is the most cost-effective international hotel, from the front desk to the room service are very intimate. As for the room size, it is a hotel near the old town. In addition, if it is from the airport, it is recommended to book a taxi from the hotel, the price is conscience, much better than looking for a car.

The hotel is surrounded by wealthy areas, very safe, the hotel has complete facilities, just bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, and there are many types of breakfast. The overall feeling is worthy of the price. It is not convenient to eat and shop around.

Residing in the hotel for 5 days. The hotel is fully in line with the description. Yes, the rooms are not completely new but clean, clean daily. You can get to the center without problems by foot. It's just a short stop and metro, grocery stores are also in step-by-step availability. Previously, the reviews indicated that breakfast is scarce. I wouldn't say so. There is a lot of choice of dry fruits, tea delicious, fresh fruit, tea/coffee/sook. Staff is always ready to solve any question. Good day . The hotel canceled the reservation Despite what I stayed there and paid everything There are photos, correspondence screens, etc. Let's start with what I asked for an early meeting, I was given it so I decided to close my eyes further. 1. No one helped me lift the suitcase to the second floor 2. The hotel did not work on the first night of the wi-fi. More precisely, the administrator didn't want to do anything with this until I called the person whose number is indicated on the bucking 3. I booked a bathroom room. What I was told is that it is improved and give it for one night, and then resettlement 4. From morning I was woke up to have time to clean the room to the room without a bath. Ok, I had a previous settlement, everything happens. I missed it. 5. No showers work in the hotel!!! The shower broke! I called the administrator and he did nothing with it Then I called the director and the administrator with an unhappy face and murmuring why I started to fix it 6. In the hotel small beetles I asked for early settlement, they confirmed , and after confirmation they demanded from me an additional fee for earlier settlement A forgot, breakfast in the hotel too is not available and at night a person sleeps in the kitchen :)

Best beach view Hotel... Little far from city center but really very nice to stay... Good staff... Rooms are clean with balcony to the view to beach... Clean place... Good breakfast.... Good amenities... Love the place... 😃🙏🏻 Hope to be visit soon .. keep it up.

We arrived on the 22 and was welcomed by ismail and checked in by shams from reception both were super nice and instantly gave us one of the best first impression any one can ask for. Our first day we had shawarma from black city and it was the best shawarma we ever had and made us go back again for the taste of it several times. Definitely recommend every one to try. We had the best service by our special favorite orkhan who was super friendly and the team made sure we get the best service. We had to just look once and literally the staff comes running to help. 10/10 for the attentiveness and details of the black city staff. We tried green house but the food is same as white city. Would have been amazing if they had a different cuisine than white city. We had the best shisha made by Hussain who was very kind but didn’t get the same smile and sweetness from the other staff in green house. Service was not bad but as we had an amazing experience from black city where all the staff are super attentive was a little down fall. We had dinner in white city and couldn’t order anything else after we tried the honey baby chicken which was absolutely delicious. We also had lunch twice in white city but the service was super slow due to lack of staff but David while we noticed it was definitely a time of rush he had done amazing while doing the service with a very energetic smile and a very positive vibe. The hotel has a beautiful steam room, sauna and a pool. I met gulshan from spa while I went for sauna who always was super attentive kind with a gorgeous smile. It is beautiful to go for a walk out side the hotel as it’s near a park with ocean views. We had met amazing locals as well as everyone we met were super kind. The hotel has beautiful garden and greenery around the property. We usually take pictures in every country we go but we fell in love with the gardens and the colours around we took pictures just out side the hotel. Lots of mini butterflies and just super pretty and beautiful colorfulness around the hotel. The rooms are spacious and if you love mirrors this would be a perfect place as the hallway to room are filled with huge mirrors. The only problem we faced was that the hotel didn’t have a eu plug and we had to take a walk to get them on the first day but other than that didn’t have any issues. Lastly was checked out by Orkhan from reception who was funny and sweet asked us about our stay and had a good last impression as well. All together a great team at marriot and definitely would recommend to stay as the hotel is beautiful with amazing facilities and to top of has amazing staff with delicious food. Personally this was the best vacation 💕

I had a business trip to this beautiful property in Baku. As far as I understood, it is newly rebranded hotel. I was staying in standard room. The room was spacious, but work desk was what I was looking for in order to work on my laptop. I contacted hotel staff and Mr. Ali Aliyev, who was on duty that day, promptly contacted me and offered me to change my room. But my room was enough comfortable for me, so we sorted out my issue by putting a chair and desk into my room. I was happy with the service and hospitality I faced, thanks to Mr. Ali and other hotel staff. Keep it up! Surely will come back again!
