Zhangjiajie Hotels with Balcony

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent, being just a 15-minute walk to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which made exploring the park very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. One of the highlights was the convenience of Meituan delivery directly to the doorstep, making meals hassle-free. Additionally, the butler provided exceptional service by helping us book tickets and offering detailed guidance on how to make the most of our adventure in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service and convenience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Not the real 'Four Seasons' you might think of but otherwise, had an overall great experience there. Before the trip, WeChat-ed them and customer service was quick to respond to accomodate and provide transportation pick up service from the train station. However, despite messaging prior to inform about the changes in our number of pax/luggages so that they can arrange for a bigger car to pick up, there was a mix-up as the hotel forgot to cancel the first car allocated to us, leaving us stranded for around 30 mins (in the cold) at the parking lot while we wait for the correct car to arrive. It also wasted the first driver's time as he got there early and waited for us despite us not needing his services in the end.  The hotel itself was located in a nice location, and the room was great. It was high-tech where most of the room controls are controlled by 'Xiao Du' their Alexa/Google Home service which only responds in Mandarin so for those who are unable to speak then there's no use for it. The smart toilet is enjoyable as the seats are heated and the bidet function is much needed. One interesting thing is that one of the windows in all the rooms is always left partially open (unsure the true reason for it) but it may be bothersome to some as we went during winter so personally i didn't mind it as a natural air conditioning since most of the room is heated.  The driver service that the hotel provided can then also be directly hired by fellow travellers if you require the service to get to and fro the different attractions/parks that you would be visiting during your holiday in Zhangjiajie. Overall had a good experience here. Only wished for the hotel breakfast to offer more variety, it was decent enough. 

I loved my stay at the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion. My room was incredibly comfortable, with a stunning view of the cableway station, the city, and the beautiful mountains lining the skyline. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the room was filled with adorable, thoughtful, and fun touches . From yummy snacks to high-quality skincare products, every detail was designed to make guests feel pampered and at home. The staff were so sweet and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure a wonderful stay, even allowing me to store my luggage after checkout so I could explore Tianmen Mountain. If you’re visiting Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend the Mansion Inn Dream Mansion enough. The combination of comfort, ideal location, exceptional service, and great value makes this hotel a great pick.

Location: Great. It is located in the midway between Wulingyuan bus station and Zhangjiajie-Wulingyuan gate which can reach by walk Service: They are really nice and helpful. They can help booking the Zhangjiajie ticket with discount (advance booking), gave me a map and guided/planned the route in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Room: Clean and nice.

The service was amazing. The owners were so kind seeing that we had a young child with us. Breakfast was noodles and each time the amount was huge. Even gave us an extra small bowl for our daughter - one day they even gave her a banana and another day they gave her yogurt 🥰 The bed was very comfy and we slept like babies. The only part that needs improvement is the washroom. There was some mold probably because the shower door doesn’t close. There were massive gaps between the shower door and the glass wall and water just sprayed everywhere. Also the shower hand held handle was hot and cold so don’t use that one. The rain shower head was fine. We never got our hand drawn map despite me asking for one but they did help us buy tickets. Not sure if it was actually cheaper or not but it was convenient for them to help us. Bottled water, toothbrush, and a shower cap was provided. They changed our towels and threw out our garbage every day when we went out. Wonderful stay overall!

The hotel is at the 10th floor. The owner/staff was really kind, they explain everytg and showed us our room. They let us do early checkin as we arrived early in the morning. They also allowed us to store our luggages there if necessary. The location is right behind the tianmen cable car station, less than 5 minutes walk. For those who are asking about halal food, there are two halal eateries just opposite the road, in front of the main gate of cablecar station. I use this zhongyong no 1 in Didi to drop off exactly in front of the restaurant.

A peaceful atmosphere where you can truly connect with nature, yet still enjoy comfort. It's located a bit away from the city center, but traveling in China is now very convenient. DiDi is accessible everywhere and affordable. Highly recommended for those who enjoy slow-life accommodations and don't need perfect service. Simple and rustic, this style will leave you with unforgettable memories of relaxing after your Zhangjiajie trip.

One of the best hotel stays we have ever had in China. Amazing hospitality and the most delicious breakfast everyday. My girlfriend is a picky eater and she devoured their wonton soup. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The bed was very comfy and the view outside of the room was phenomenal. I came to Wulingyuan for all of the amazing hiking and scenery but every morning we wanted to relax in our room because of how cozy it felt. Staff was amazing, and even drove us to get food late in the evening instead of allowing us to call a taxi. He went over the best forest park routes for us and reccomended a great, affordable massage therapist. Ask for therapists #82 & #50. And one of the highlights of our stay that I believe emphasizes the caring nature of the family running the hotel is that the night we arrived, they rescued 2 baby kittens and created a place to shelter them. As animal lovers, we really appreciated that. Cant wait to return!

There are many hotels and homestays to choose from near Zhangjiajie Forest Park, with varying prices. After a long selection, I finally decided on Qiyue Shuiyunjian. First, the location is convenient. It is located in the center of the town in Wulingyuan District, surrounded by various restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and the banks of the Golden Whip Stream. It takes only 15 minutes to walk from Yanxi to the East Gate (Sign Gate) of Zhangjiajie Forest Park. Second, the room is large, the bedding is comfortable, and the decoration style is warm. The homestay is relatively new, cleaned every day, clean and hygienic. It feels very comfortable to sit on the balcony and watch the gurgling water of the Golden Whip Stream, watch the mountain scenery from afar, drink tea and be in a daze. Third, the three bosses are very nice, reply to messages in seconds, try to meet needs, reasonably design travel itineraries, help book tickets for attractions, and the first day of check-in was in rain and snow, so the air conditioner in the room was turned on in advance to preheat. In short, the three-night stay experience was great.
