I've been to Bali several times, and this is one of the best places I've stayed. The location, facilities, staff, and service — everything is top-notch. It's an excellent value for the price. I personally recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Perfect place for a short stay after our Cruise. Weather wasn’t great but the hotel was. Enjoyed breakfast and afternoon tea each day . We also used the free shuttle service. Would stay again

We booked the villa with pool for our stay and it was so lovely! The hotel is located quite close to the Ubud palaces and the main shopping belt. There were room turndown services every night and the place was kept so clean on a daily basis. We had breakfast and afternoon tea brought to our villa for some of the days and we got to enjoy the hotel's shuttle service around Ubud as well.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. We were welcomed by a beautifully decorated honeymoon setup that made the experience feel so special. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and pristine, offering a luxurious touch. Watching the perfect sunset from our room was simply magical. Every detail exceeded our expectations — we couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such an important moment.

We felt that the location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room were spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was just average in our humble opinion.

Location is great and service from hotel staff is exceptional! Rooms are very clean and pool is nice and quiet. Will definitely stay here again, I miss it already!

There is no bad comment…. Everything was good. Staffs were excellent and I like the part that they clean your room again even in the evening 

Great hotel at the centre of the most popular street in Ubud. Good if you are short on time. Good breakfast! Great service with a smile, offered free afternoon coffee. Could not do early check in, but got upgraded to junior sweet with semi-private pool, which was worth it!

We adored this villa, it was so picturesque and serene. The main hotel building is on the main road in central Ubud which suffers terrible traffic, but once inside the hotel it’s another world. A minute walk down the path to the back of the hotel to this villa. The pool and the view speak for themselves. Hotel location is perfect for Ubud exploration. Service exceptional. Breakfast spread delicious and changed every day, also included gluten free options. We would definitely book again!

Love the location, walkable to the paddy fields, shopping streets and fantastic food at our door step! The service is fantastic, and the food is good! There are new rules in Ubud, so make sure to know what to do if you rent a scooter! Do not randomly park and block the roads! The jams are not as bad now because of the active law enforcement

We stayed at a villa with a private pool. The pool was clean and the villa was superb. Although it was hot outside, the air conditioner made it cool. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was convenient. The location was easy for us to get to Monkey Forest and Ubud Palace; 10 minute walk. Breakfast is normal, but lots of good restaurants to go nearby.

Nice hotel in the heart of Ubud. Close to Ubud Palace and and the markets. Staff were all friendly and no issues with the room. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the afternoon tea was a nice addition.
