Very close to the airport. The place is very nice and waitress very kind too. Love the food in the restaurant. Especially this dessert from Bali

I love the locations that close to the airport is comfortable to waiting for the flight. 

Long hours of layover, spent in this hotel for several hours, used gym, which is outdated but still working, they have swimming pool, nice bar, restaurants etc. walking distance to airport, better than lounge, price is really affordable.

Overall the resort so nice and the location was strategic and near to the airport.

Near to the airport but no shuttle is provided. No food nearby. You may order from gojek

I just dont like the self service here no bellboy or bellman to assist you

The hotel was just next to airport terminal. I’m gonna recommend you to stay there for the night before your flight. 🙆♀️🙆♀️🙆♀️

Good hotel, with nice food, big rooms, and great swimming pool area. Weird that hotel doesn't arrange the free transfer to airport, as usually airport hotels do, they can arrange it for additional charge. Apart that, everything is nice

Good that it was quite near the airport! My room was spacious and clean, toilet is spacious too, very very importantly aircon is strong and cooling. You have decent food options in the hotel and also a pool and spa, I’d recommend for short stays, for racking nights if you’re a member, and if you’re taking a multi-day flight connection (transit in Bali).

Airport hotel is for easy and fast transportation to the airport, so we asked how to go to the airport when checked-in as we have a very early flight, the staff said they will find ways and these is no need to worries about it. But then when it comes to the early morning, the staff said they can help to call a taxi which needs to wait for 20 minutes with cost 50,000 local dollar or can leave right away with hotel transport with 125,000 local dollar. That was completely a scam, ask us no need to worry so we don’t call the taxi ahead and use their hotel transportation for 3 minutes to the airport which cost three times more. Book Hilton because of it’s name, but this is the worse hotel I have ever experience and the attitude of the staff is very poor and they don’t even have change for the car fee. Will never come back again for sure.

Very nice hotel and very convenient for those early morning flights as its about 5mins from the international departures terminal. The swimming pool area is great to sit round and have a nice bit of lunch and dinner. Great menu alot of selection. The food was exceptional. I only issue with it really, the WiFi didn't really work very well in my room, which wasn't to much of a problem but a little annoying when I was trying to check in to my flight. It worked perfectly fine in the Lobby and pool area. It's also not to convenient for going out to eat as there really isn't much else around the area without getting a cab further into the main part of Dempsar. Still a very nice hotel though.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

We were staying on Hilton Garden near International Airport, where if you order a cab through any app, minimum charge is 110000IDR. Trying to call them on landline and may be after 4 to 5 times it will connect to operator. Found couple of staff where not interested about there work.

Average airport hotel, easy to find. I had dinner at their restaurant and itt was not good at all. Not worth for money spent on food and drinks.
