⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Satisfying Stay This hotel is truly perfect for a family vacation. The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, ensuring both children and adults can rest peacefully. The facilities are comprehensive, ranging from a swimming pool and children's play area to a restaurant with a diverse menu. It was okay, but the early check-in times varied. Last time I went, I could check in as early as 5 AM for IDR 150k. But yesterday, I wanted to early check-in again at 6 AM and they said no, I had to wait until 8 AM, even though the fee was still IDR 150k.

Stay was nice , but there is many small details what need to improve, what was good house keeping clean very well, location is good near by so many shops, resturants with Western food and Traditional Indonesian food, many spa around, sea not so far but around 20 min by walk, for this price not bad option

Strategic location, within walking distance to Seminyak and Double Six beaches. The service was super friendly, and the price was the best value, especially with breakfast during peak season. Awesome!

The hotel is filthy dirty..from the kitchen breakfast was smelling dust everywhere water dispenser so dirty..honestly just stay here at your own risk..terrible *100 The Ac making weird sounds you cant even sleep in peace

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations for what we paid. It's clean, and the housekeeping comes every single day – which really made a difference during my stay. I only booked one night to test it out, but I ended up extending for over a week because it was so hassle-free. The location in Seminyak is fantastic – just a short walk to Sunset Beach, and there are amazing restaurants right outside the door, plus plenty more within 2 km. The room has AC, TV, and reliable free Wi‑Fi, and they even provide drinking water daily. The bed is the real highlight – memory foam, super cozy, and gave me some of the best sleep I've had on this trip. Great value all around. Would happily stay here again.

It is allways great when i stay at the Primera the staff are friendly and helpfull plus nice and clean, i like it a lot due to everything being close by!!!
