From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service.
