I stayed with my family at the Maxone Hotel right on the third day of Eid al-Fitr 1445 H, the check-in process took more than 1 hour because the hotel was full. The hotel a**osphere is quite pleasant, because there is a mini playground for children to play while waiting for their parents to check in.
The rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. It's just that the shower water in the bathroom keeps coming out warm water. For breakfast it's pretty good. Hopefully in the future the check-in process can be faster, if conditions are busy.

There was a problem checking in. The difference in room types is that if you order a large room, max warm, you get one below, max happy.
I've had help from trip.com but I can't.
