Arte Hotel has been a great place to stay for my family. Pros:
Location (close to massage shops, terminal 21, downtown)
Room (very spacious & clean)
Amenities (pool & gym)
Cons:
traffic is heavy near the area
construction is happening next to the hotel

Great location very close to BTS sky train, Terminal 21 . Good breakfast, lovely pool. I will be back again. 😊

Great location about 7 mins walk from Asok BTS, but the road is pretty dusty/noisy and can get pretty hot. Nonetheless theres a lot of massage places that are affordable. Great that the hotel was located in a corner away from the main traffic. Room is pretty simple but is HUGE and comfortable strong aircon.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Very good location with few 7-11, restaurants and train stations. Room is clean and quiet, didn’t hear any noise throughout our stay. Will definitely come back again.

The room was really clean and bright.The bed is really big enough for two people.I really liked the swimming pool and the view was really incredible at night since the hotel is around the city centre.The staffs are really helpful and friendly.I definitely enjoyed my stay at there and I would stay there when I come to visit Bangkok again.It’s a great place to stay for real if you like to enjoy nightlife of Bangkok since it’s near to most of the attractions.

Great location. BTS, MRT and Terminal 21 within 5 minutes walk. Several good massage joints just outside the hotel.

Good location, 2 mins away from the happening street and mall, its very convenient.. rooms are clean, spacious and staff are helpful and cheerful.
However, limited choice for breakfast..

Hotel is near terminal 21 abt 5-7mins walk from hotel. Stuff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean however, bathroom bath area seem a little mouldy at the edges of the bath area. There is a cat cafe nearby the hotel which u can visit suitable for kids and adults. The cafe serves food and drinks Minimum spending of 150bhat needed to play with the cats. They also provide a free keychain in which u can decorated and paint on your own. Overall a pleasant stay at this hotel will book again

The girl working at reception counter has a bad service attitude when I checked in. No smile and unfriendly.
The bathroom didn't has a makeup mirror which so inconvenient to girl.

A pleasant surprise on the room decor for our wedding anniversary.
Good location and near to BTS and MRT. it's away from main street. Hence, it's rather peaceful. Will definitely stay there again if we travel back to Bangkok

Location is great, room is clean. However, the sound isolation is poor. My room was at level 3. Clearly can hear all the sound from ground floor and the room beside me. If you are sensitive to sounds, better required a higher floor to avoid unsatisfied experience.

Breakfast is good with western & local cuisine. Takes 7 mins to Terminal 21 and bts station Asoke. The hotel needs to renovate the hotel, the bathroom is old and the tiles are slippery. Very humid in the room with one big dehumidifier placed at the corner. All the bath towels are torn and old, please replace them. Nearest to massage and spa centre just besides on both sides of the road.

The room is not having USB charger, I called to the front desk they asked me to get it at 7-11 :)
The desk is having ants walk around. Do not put the food there for more than 15 mins.
The toilet is leaking water, once we called, an experienced staff came with towel and dehumidifier, the water tank got full twice per day
The bed is big enough for a good sleep
The location is good, close the BTS, Terminal 21. 5 mins walk from there.
Having a swimming pool on top floor, good to go. They have a simple gym room, good enough for simple exercises.
To conclude the quality is equal to the cost has been paid.
