DD1551****I went out to play with my friends. Because it was raining in Shanghai, I decided to go to Moganshan for one night and chose a homestay at will, but the stay was unexpectedly good.
We drove there by ourselves. There is a parking lot downstairs and a charging pile. The parking lot is a public entertainment space of B1, with chess and cards, board games, billiards, and karaoke. There is also a Samoyed at the door, very close relatives, and I will be very excited to see someone come and bark.
We have four people in a group, living in the loft on the third floor, two 2-meter beds upstairs and downstairs, very spacious and very soft, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. There is also an oversized terrace upstairs, there are tables and chairs outside to sit and blow the hair, and there is a large private soup pool to soak. The whole room was very clean and the facilities looked very new.
There are camping tables and chairs outside the homestay, and there is a swimming pool, but we didn't use it.
The homestay is operated by the owner and his family. The family is very friendly, and there is always a smile on his face. Any needs will be met as much as possible. The next day's breakfast was handled by the boss's mother. There were not many types. The aunt told us that there were noodles, small wontons and dumplings. We all had 3 of them. I ate the dumplings that my aunt had wrapped. It was too fresh and delicious. A bowl of food was still not finished, but I was not embarrassed to ask for it again. When I finally left, the boss also sent us a few packages of souvenirs, thank you very much.
We were very satisfied with this homestay this time. Unfortunately, we went late that day. The next day we woke up and had breakfast and left. I felt that I had not had a good time. I said that I would come back to live here next time. Come early and play for a while.

AAlexRJSuperb stay, in a perfect location amidst a bamboo forest, far from the crowds and making you feel fully relaxed and comfortable. The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

LLeijianaIt was my first time staying in a B&B. It was a very good experience and choice. I am willing to share my user experience.
The room is an attic room. Three people can stay in it. A door divides it into two spaces. There is no disturbance when sleeping. Because it is on the roof, there is a large public balcony with a ladder, which is convenient for washing, drying and taking pictures.
Facilities & hygiene:
The facilities and hygiene of the room are good, which exceeds my expectations for B&Bs. Their mattresses are very comfortable and have received unanimous praise from the whole family;
Environment:
The outdoor space of the B&B is divided into the front yard and the back yard. Although I have seen many beautiful photos of the backyard suitable for taking pictures, I personally prefer the front yard (garden with a swimming pool) more. After all, from the distribution of functions and living time, the front yard is more suitable for me.
Their surrounding environment is also relatively good. There is a Yuexian private kitchen nearby. It is very convenient to eat and the taste is not bad. You can also eat in the B&B. Except for the confirmed breakfast, other things need to be booked in advance.
The proprietress is hospitable and talkative, just like what I have seen in other reviews. It is also quite interesting to chat with the proprietress when you have time.
A store that can be checked in more often. I wish the store will get better and better.

DDianmoWe arrived a bit late that day, and the owner thoughtfully waited for our arrival. Upon entering the courtyard, we were immediately greeted by a sika deer, three little lambs, and two bunnies – what a delightful surprise and incredibly therapeutic! We spent a good while playing with them. The owner mentioned that it gets too hot for them during the day, so they prefer to stay indoors, but they all come out to cool off in the courtyard at night. This gave us the perfect opportunity to spend even more time with them. Lihua, the little deer, was incredibly gentle and spotlessly clean! During the day, she'd even push open the door to the lobby herself to sneak in for some air conditioning, haha! The three lambs were quite mischievous, but absolutely adorable!
The hotel boasts excellent facilities and attentive service. Our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides, offering absolutely stunning views.

MM44328****About the room: clean, really comfy bed. Shower was great (strong water pressure which was rare in mountain hotel). Coffee capsules were of good quality- handy when wanting to enjoy a cuppa first thing in the morning with a mountain view.
Hotel location: quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of town centre which was perfect for a relaxing holidays. Local Chinese food restaurants were only 15 mins walk away. Easy to get Didi to go nearby town too.
Also, it’s easy to get to multiple hiking trails in the area.
Service: overall is fine. Staff was flexible and accommodating to meet guests’ needs. However, much improvement is needed for housekeeping as it was not done for one of the days during my stay and I had to ask for it at the end of the day.
And water and coffee was not automatically replenished on certain days. Other than those minor incidents, the service and staff’s hospitality was good.
Food: great breakfast. Restaurant menu was decent. But it will be nicer to have offerings like sandwiches for a light lunch option.

In general, from before check-in to the final check-out, the check-in experience is still quite good. A friendly reminder is to pay attention to the details of hygiene and kill insects in time. There are more insects when it is hot.
If I want to complain, it is the catering. For this hotel, it is really not a supporting facility. As a Ctrip member, the room fruit is a big complaint. The bananas are rotten...🥹🥹🥹I can't describe it. There is no service in the breakfast room at all. The three people in suits in the lobby look good but do nothing. Maybe it is decoration. There are few breakfast varieties🥹🥹🥹!!! I'm sorry for the original design and positioning (it's okay to have less room if the room rate is not high, so can we make it less exquisite, or just serve a set meal, any method is better than the current choice, I won't post the photos) and then the chefs, there is an omelette machine but it just doesn't make it, I asked for an omelette and they made it very reluctantly, there was no verbal communication, eye contact, no expression, maybe they were too busy during the Qingming Festival and haven't recovered yet. Now the hotel service industry is not easy to do, everyone is not easy, but the most basic thing is to try your best to do it well, after all, you are going to consume, not to collect debts.
I also want to complain about the management of the scenic spot, which is almost unmanaged, and I don't know what the point of reporting the license plate is (it can cause traffic jams at the ticket point in the off-season). Simply don't include tickets in the hotel room price, and treat everyone equally when they get off the bus to buy tickets, so that they won't be angry at the hotel. Most people complain when they arrive at the hotel, and then they take their temper out on the hotel. The price of the hotel without ticket package can be reduced to allow more people to experience it. We really need to reflect on it. The improvement of management mechanism is to facilitate the masses, not to cause local chaos. I hope to do better. Overall, I will come to this hotel again. I hope the catering will be improved, I hope the hotel business will be good, and I hope the management of the scenic spot will be improved.
