GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

After we checked out, I realized my daughter had left her small toy in the room. I contacted him, and he immediately found it, carefully packed it, and shipped it out the same day, even proactively providing the tracking number. Throughout the process, he communicated patiently and even thoughtfully covered the shipping costs himself. This kind of responsible and meticulous service made us feel the hotel's sincerity long after our trip ended. My daughter was overjoyed to get her lost toy back. This level of care, far exceeding our expectations, was truly unforgettable.

EEE089800San Yue Hotel is amazing! The hotel itself is beautiful. The sea view room was incredibly spacious and elegantly designed. The vanity area was quite luxurious, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing so many bottles of mineral water – truly considerate! There's a delicious Chinese restaurant on the 20th floor, and on the 21st, there's a sky pool with a spot where you can sit, enjoy the breeze, and watch the sunset – absolutely perfect! The hotel's beachfront garden is also stunning, and the Mulan photography service was excellent; the photos turned out beautifully! I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance. It's a fantastic hotel!

MM-nangeTraveling with my parents on a self-driving trip, I chose this Sheraton for its brand reputation, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Located right by the sea, the hotel was very clean. The front desk staff, especially one gentleman and one lady, provided excellent service. We arrived a bit late and my parents were tired from the drive, but they quickly processed our check-in and even upgraded our room. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool and gym were also nice. I even forgot an item when we left, and they kindly mailed it back to me, which I really appreciate. If I get the chance to visit Lingshui again, I'll definitely stay here.

The most important thing is that it is only a two-minute walk from the beach! ! ! There is a food court a few hundred meters away from the hotel. It is close to the scenic spot and is very convenient to enter and exit. There are also small electric stoves for rent near the hotel. There is no pressure to travel. Parking is free. Recommended! ! !

GGuest UserWe had an unforgettable birthday vacation with our children at Capella Sanya. Daisy, our cultural ambassador, made us feel so welcome from the moment we checked in. The room was beautifully decorated for the birthday, and our child was absolutely thrilled. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is like a tropical garden, with palm-lined pools leading to a stunning beach. Every step is a picturesque view. The kids' club offers a wide array of activities, and the water park kept our child entertained and laughing. The facilities are excellent and well-designed, making every moment, whether strolling along the beach or relaxing by the pool, utterly delightful. This stay perfectly blended friendly service with natural beauty, leaving us with cherished memories as sweet as the sea breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend it. From Capella Shanghai Jian Ye Li all the way to Sanya, Capella has never disappointed me. Highly recommended!

KKinaCongAfter checking out from Poly Rosewood, we moved to the Kimpton, which my best friend highly recommended, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The motorcycle at the entrance and the chic, dark lobby decor immediately caught my eye. The scent in the public areas was sophisticated and pleasant. We booked a pool-access room for two nights, and it was beautiful. Our butler, Ivy, surprised us with a cute Kimpton puppy plushie and a luggage tag, which made us very happy. I loved the sofa across the pool when I opened the window. I immediately put on sunscreen, ready to jump in, but the water was too cold! After looking around, I realized I could only swim across, so thankfully I brought my duck float to act as a ferry. Soaking up the sun and sipping on a cold drink was just heavenly! In the afternoon, with nothing else planned, we wandered around the hotel. The lazy river looked great, but unfortunately, it was under construction during our two-day stay 🚧, so we couldn't use it. Still, the other scenery was absolutely stunning and very photogenic. Plus, it was super close to the beach, which even had a little train you could ride! 🚂 In the evening, we headed to 'Chess View' for the complimentary cocktail social hour. My husband and I played an hour of billiards; I lost badly, and he was thrilled! 🥹 The breakfast really impressed me. Compared to Poly Rosewood, which also serves breakfast until 12 PM, the Kimpton's breakfast not only had a better ambiance but also offered a wider and more delicious variety of food. The puff pastry desserts were especially amazing! Ordering was super convenient via QR code. And importantly, the à la carte menu changes daily! It was such a joy to have a surprise every morning for breakfast! ♥️ Throughout our two-day stay, our butler Ivy was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions and requests. She was super attentive, making our stay absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend!

The beach is good and there are not many tourists. Unfortunately, swimming is not allowed on the beach and it is not a bathing place. But the children were already very happy playing in the private pool of the villa. Health: average. Service: Breakfast is very rich and great! Other services were not good. There were a lot of floating objects in the swimming pool. I asked the waiter to deal with it, but it was never done.

MM14525****If you want a sea view, you really should choose the Ocean View Building. I stayed one night each at the Ocean View Building and the Ocean Listening Building. The Ocean Listening Building is more affordable, but the Ocean View Building has better views. I have to say, the hotel is very comprehensive – well-equipped and great for kids, with all sorts of activities and play facilities. The hotel's beach is also close to the rooms. This is definitely a hotel I'd visit again!

The bedding is clean and there is a refrigerator. 3️⃣ The staff sent us to the high-speed rail station. 4️⃣ The food was good and they gave us free fruit. 5️⃣ It's less than ten minutes' walk to the deserted beach. I believe the facilities will get better and better in the future. I look forward to staying here again next time (very suitable for elderly people to live in. The infrastructure is very good, the toilet has handrails and a shower bench. The staff are super patient and enthusiastic! !
