From the moment you enter the hotel area, you will feel that it is a relatively independent and private environment. The overall decoration is very stylish. I heard from the housekeeper that this is the owner's own house, so the decoration design and materials are very carefully selected. It is very different from other B&Bs that are rented out.
The housekeeper contacted us by phone shortly after we placed the order. We booked the cheapest price and upgraded it when we checked in. Any questions during the stay were responded to in a timely manner. The overall service experience was great~
Before coming here, I was worried about whether it would be inconvenient to eat, but when I arrived, I found that my worries were completely unnecessary. The hotel provided a Hainan-style rice noodle breakfast, which was simple but fully met the needs. There was also Hainan-style afternoon tea. If you want to dine in the hotel, you can also make a reservation in advance with the butler. In general, during the stay, you can fully meet various needs without leaving the hotel, and the experience is not inferior to that of a high-star hotel!
When I checked in, I saw models taking photos. The housekeeper told me that they also had some water sports experiences. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time this time, so I’ll just leave it for next time. I’ll definitely come again if I have the chance!

GGuest UserThe boss is very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, TV, washing machine and kitchen utensils. It is also very clean and the furniture is very new. The large balcony is also equipped with a clothes drying rack, which is particularly convenient for drying clothes. The most important thing is that the room has a central air conditioner. Each area has a separate control switch, which is especially friendly to the elderly and children. If you are afraid of the cold, you can turn on the air conditioner in the living room and turn off the air conditioner in the bedroom. You can see the sea from the balcony, and it only takes five minutes to walk to the beach. When I brought my children, the boss gave me a card to enjoy Aloha's water village, swimming pool and children's playground for free. It was a great experience and I will stay here again next time.

The hotel boasts an elegant environment, and the beach truly is stunning, with fine sand and clear water – every photo opportunity turned into a masterpiece! There were plenty of activities for children, making it perfect for families. The food at the Chinese, Southeast Asian, and Italian restaurants was all excellent. Manager Darryl provided exceptionally warm and thoughtful service, always ready to help with any request. Our whole family had a fantastic time. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next trip to Sanya. Thanks, Darryl!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very artistic, perfect for travel photos, and the rooms are great too. Minnie, our butler, provided excellent service. Most importantly, it's incredibly pet-friendly! Our two little ones had a wonderful time. The hotel also has direct access to a beautiful beach 🏖️. Since it was our honeymoon, the hotel specially arranged decorations and even gifted us two Seven dolls! We'll definitely come back again!

GGuest UserWe stayed for five days and four nights, and it was our first time at this new hotel. We didn't do any research beforehand, but our butler provided attentive service every day, reminding us about parking, dining, the weather, and hotel activities. This helped us settle in quickly in an unfamiliar place. As it was the May Day holiday, attractions would have been crowded, so our family chose to stay at the hotel, enjoying the sea views, listening to the waves, and feeling the gentle breeze (in Lingshui, it's much cooler and very comfortable in the shade). We also went swimming and played in the sand – it was a very relaxing time.

Cleanliness: Good, very clean every day
Environment: The hotel environment is nice, though the surrounding area is still under development
Service: Excellent! 👍 Absolutely no complaints.
However, I have to say, the buffet dinner we paid for on the first night has a lot of room for improvement; I felt the breakfast buffet was actually more varied.

GGuest UserPlanning a trip to Sanya, Hainan, I browsed online reviews and saw that Capella Sanya was consistently praised as a top-tier hotel, so I decided to book it. My stay from April 19th to April 22nd, though brief, left me with wonderful, soul-nourishing memories.
The moment I stepped into the Capella lobby, I was instantly captivated by the magnificent scene. The dome was vast and grand, with water cascading down from above, forming a serene curtain and filling the space with its gentle murmur. Entering here, all my fatigue dissipated, leaving only a sense of peace and wonder.
Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a painting. Whether strolling by the beach and pool or wandering along the dappled paths, every view was picturesque. Lush greenery intertwined with layered water features. It truly was “a view at every turn,” with every casual photo being wallpaper-worthy. I was completely immersed in the tranquil and luxurious resort atmosphere.
Even more memorable than the environment was the service. From the front desk to the butler, restaurant, and housekeeping staff, everyone had a genuine smile, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for guests. Any need was anticipated and addressed promptly and appropriately, often without me having to ask twice. Throughout my stay, I felt utterly pampered and comfortable.
Our room experience was an even greater surprise. The bedding was incredibly soft and silky, supportive yet plush. Lying down felt like being gently embraced by clouds, making sleep an absolute delight.
Capella has perfected every detail—the scenery, the service, the living experience—making it an impeccable, gently healing, unforgettable retreat. I will definitely be back next year! Finally, I want to extend another thank you to the hotel's travel and culture officer, Diana, for her meticulous care and attention during our three-day stay.

PPCh€nPretty good service apartment with a solid sea view. One of the balcony is converted into a bedroom, you literally wake up to the seaview. The surf shop double up as a front desk. Communication was easy. The toilet had an awkward translucent panel which was not fully covered by the blinds. More suited for couples, less so for families and friends. Overall, a good apartment within walking distance to several eateries next door.

GGuest UserDisadvantages: 1. The geographical location is extremely remote. Apart from being close to Bianjiezhou Island, which is about 8km away, it is far away from anywhere. You can’t take a taxi or order takeout, and none of the restaurants that can pick you up are willing to pick you up. It’s basically impossible to travel without a self-driving car. To eat seafood, we have to go to Xincun Pier. It takes nearly 2 hours to drive there and back. We have dinner and go out at 6 o’clock, and come back at 10 o’clock.
2. It says that breakfast is delivered to the room, but there are very few types. If you stay in other hotels, you can eat breakfast as lunch. If you can eat well, you can't expect it if you stay here. If you don't have enough, you can't eat well. You have to go out for lunch. The transportation is not convenient, which adds a lot of time and money. hidden expenses.
3. The TV remote control is very insensitive and the air conditioner is very noisy.
Advantages: 1. The apartment design is beautiful and the partitions are reasonable, suitable for two families to play together

GGuest UserThis hotel is peacefully located inside a residential area as an independent building, so it is far enough from the traffic and noise of the main road. The area has many amenities such as swimming pool, basketball courts, and it is a short walk to Perfume Bay. The bed is comfortable. The balcony is large and the upper floor rooms have a nice sea view up to Wanning coast and Fenjiezhou, it is beautiful at night. There is free buffet for breakfast, any many restaurants and shops in the road outside. Staff is helpful, and they let me charge my bike for free.
