"The room was just okay, but the service was truly awful. First, when we arrived at the entrance with a child and luggage, two staff members just stood there watching, offering no help or even asking if we needed anything. Our package included a hot pot meal, and it stated no reservation was needed. However, when we got to the restaurant, they told us we needed to reserve an hour in advance. I pointed out that the package said no reservation required, and their only reply was, 'That's just how it is here, you need to reserve an hour in advance.' Hot pot ingredients are pre-prepared, so I don't understand what they're busy with for an hour. The package also included afternoon tea, and even preparing some simple pastries took half an hour. It felt like there were plenty of staff, but no one was actually working. During busy breakfast times, restocking items was incredibly slow. The person making jianbingguozi (a Chinese street food) had a sour face and didn't respond to anything. And pretty much all the staff here were like that – they wouldn't respond even when you said thank you. When checking out, no one helped us with our large bags to the car. I'm not sure if the two staff members standing at the hotel entrance are just decorative. The ocean park was also very mediocre. The animal shows were basically 3.5 minutes long, followed by various promotions encouraging you to pay for close interactions with the animals. The prices were also ridiculously high. This small town is more expensive than Sanya! A bag of popcorn was 28, a fresh juice 68, and even fruit was double the price of what you'd find at the Sanyang Night Market. Overall, it felt very different from what was advertised online."

"Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Facilities: The hot springs are a major highlight; very clean, comfortable, and with many different pools. Hygiene: The cleanliness was also very well maintained. Service: The breakfast seating was a bit cramped, and the taste was average, not quite up to the standard of other Hilton hotels. Environment: The surrounding scenery is just okay, but the hotel itself is well-maintained."

"The hotel's service team is professional and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, the staff is not only friendly, especially the front desk staff Justin Xiaocai, who provides very good service from check-in to check-out, very thoughtful reminders, and very helpful. When I met me during the store, I would greet me warmly and provide guests with many practical suggestions and help. This kind of thoughtful service makes people feel warm, as if they are back home. The only thing is that the restaurant is a bit lacking. There are flies in the restaurant and the food is slow to be added. I hope it can be improved. I will come again next time. "The environment is great, and the experience was comfortable. Our room had direct access to the pool, though it's a bit cold now. The water park offers unlimited access, and it would be a lot of fun when the weather warms up. The butler's service was excellent, always attentive to our needs. The hotel's buffet was also quite good. The less ideal aspects were the breakfast, which felt a bit perfunctory compared to other hotels of a similar caliber. Also, the room had an indescribable damp-plus-furniture smell, or some other odor that, as a Northerner, I found a bit off-putting. However, all these minor issues can be overlooked because the butler's service and their genuinely kind attitude truly made up for any shortcomings. It's a hotel worth staying at."

"This is a fantastic resort hotel! It's large, new, and well-equipped with all the amenities. I particularly loved the expansive green garden lawn in front of our room, which really created a relaxing vacation vibe. The bed and pillows were also incredibly comfortable, just my preference. The front desk staff and other employees were all warm and courteous. They even upgraded us to a suite for the last two days, which made for a truly excellent stay!"

"In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely."

"This year, I've brought my child here three times. The parent-child activities are incredibly rich, running from morning to night. There are so many entertainment facilities: the soft play area, Haha Water Village, rock climbing, VR, and the sky bridge train are all must-dos for my little one every time we visit. Right outside the hotel, there's a beach, and the清水湾 (Qingshuiwan) beach is excellent, with fine sand and clear waves. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the butler service and general service are both very attentive. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited; I hope they can improve that. I'd also suggest putting silent caps on the dining chair legs in the rooms so that moving the chairs doesn't disturb guests downstairs."

"The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were absolutely perfect, offering stunning ocean views right from the comfort of my seat. Just across the road from the complex, you'll find the beach. Unlike Sanya, this area is much quieter and less bustling; in the evenings, there were only a few scattered people strolling and collecting shells on the beach. There's a seafood noodle shop at Qingshuiwan Food Street that serves an incredible 'zaopo cu' (sour fermented grain vinegar) seafood noodle soup – it was even better than any I'd had in Sanya! The owner mentioned they make their own 'zaopo cu', so it's definitely a must-try if you have the time."

"I spotted this hotel on Ctrip's rankings, drawn in by its incredible value for money. I booked it without a second thought, and my stay truly exceeded expectations. They offered convenient shuttle service for both arrival and departure, and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also incredibly helpful. Guests can rent bikes or scooters directly from the front desk, which is not only fantastic value but also super convenient for exploring Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay. I even accidentally lost the key to our rented scooter, but they handled the situation smoothly and professionally. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended! "The hotel doesn't have the fanciest facade, but the room was really good with surprisingly good sound proof windows and walls - though, nothing will save you from the loud neighbors in the hall. The neighbourhood similarly, doesn't look much at day time, but shines after the sunset - there is a night market nearby and a good freshly brewed beer shop behind the food stalls. What we didn't like is the stained carpet in the hall and the stained floor in the room - it needs some extra cleaning."

In the morning, I watched the hotel staff carefully clean the swimming pool for almost 2 hours, and then went in for a happy swim. The sea and sky were all the same color, lawns, woods, beaches, and sea water. Compared to the kind of seaside villas with unobstructed views , the progressive depth of different landscapes, and the sense of envelopment brought by the mountains and the sea, let people blend into the embrace of nature in a very safe state, and return to the most authentic state,,, through the woods When I saw the local people sitting or standing on the rocks on the seaside in the distance, Zheng Zhihua's sailors instantly came to my mind. FFAYECHEN.After exploring countless attractions in Sanya, we decided to switch gears to Lingshui for a relaxing staycation and chose the Raffles Clearwater Bay for two nights. The butler contacted us the day before via phone to exchange contact information. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted with a thoughtful glass of orange juice. Our butler, Diana, pleasantly surprised us by upgrading our Sea-view Twin room at Tianhaiju to a Sea-view Suite at Lanhaibay, and because there were three of us, she also arranged for an extra complimentary breakfast. It was a delightful surprise! The suite was located on a high floor in the Bali wing, spanning nearly 200 square meters. The balcony offered a direct view of the Freedom Lighthouse, a filming location for 'Lost in the Stars,' and overlooked the entire Clearwater Bay. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was a unique experience. The minibar had a good variety of soft drinks, including Voss and Perrier. Mosquito repellent and medicated oil were also provided. The bathroom featured a Dyson dark gold hairdryer, and while the toiletries were less common brands, the toothpaste had a subtle, pleasant pear scent worth mentioning. The hotel boasts five dining outlets, including bars. The 'Long Le Bar' offered an enchanting evening ritual accompanied by Steinway piano music, creating a wonderful ambiance. The 'Shadi Village Seafood Buffet' was decent, and the hot pot was delicious, though it was quite windy by the sea. The 'Baiwei Cantonese Restaurant' served exquisite and tasty dishes, and as an Accor member, I received a 10% discount and could charge it to my room. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to try the other two restaurants. The overall design is a Southeast Asian estate style, with expansive, garden-like grounds. Every corner of the hotel offered a picturesque view. The 'Sky Gate,' 'Fengyu Gate,' and 'Lagoon Pool' were all excellent spots for photoshoots. A special shout-out to Angela, Pulong, and Zeng Lingquan from Platinum Photography within the hotel for their incredibly dedicated and responsible service. Other facilities included a gym fully equipped with Technogym equipment. There's also a 'Dragon Pavilion/Raffles Club' for villa guests to enjoy afternoon tea. The 'hui'-shaped conference center was beautiful, and the children's center, wedding chapel, and surf shop were all well-appointed. In summary, while Raffles Clearwater Bay opened in 2013 and shows some age, it has been remarkably well-maintained and renovated. Both the tiles and wooden floors had a wonderfully smooth texture. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, with most greeting us with a nod and a smile. The manager also handled any issues with grace. For those looking for a resort getaway in Sanya, this is definitely an excellent choice.

CCCRCHThe hotel is near the railway station and the beautiful river walk. No English but friendly understanding. Huge room new and neat. First day I got lost when a street vegetable man would drive me on his tuktuk so to call near the hotel From where I called and the hotel receptionist came to take me back to the hotel. All for free The next day I took a long bus ride to the monkey beach and endless long beautiful beach in a special place on the sea. With fun Chinese met in the bus. Asking the bus driver if there would be a restaurant he offered me his company lunch parcels or a full healthy lunch. Free . On the way back I found the hotel on my self and the friendly family was all smiling that I was back all alone and happy. Next to the hotel I enjoyed the best fish soup ever. So I recommend this hotel in Lingshui. Which has a bridge built like a huge ship new and no motor just for pedestrians. Upload Fotos does not work.

My kids absolutely loved the giant cosmic rabbit in the lobby. The heated pool was definitely a highlight – the view was incredible, perfect for photos. Enjoying a drink by the pool in the evening really enhanced the vacation vibe. Everything in our room was new and convenient to use. For families with kids or those who enjoy working out, there's no need to worry; both a kids' club and a gym are fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** This is something I was particularly impressed with. For other meals, there's a wide variety of dishes, and the quality is good, so you really don't need to venture out to find food. **Service:** The service was truly a major bonus. From check-in, the butler or front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and efficient. During our stay, both housekeeping and restaurant service were prompt, and any requests we had were quickly attended to. Overall, the Sanyue Hotel is quite satisfying in all aspects. Opening the window, you're greeted by coconut groves and the sea. Just letting the sea breeze wash over you and gazing out, all your fatigue simply melts away. The hotel masterfully integrates 'Dan' (Tanka) culture into every detail. From the architecture and environment to the rooms, everything is full of design flair, making you feel like you've stepped into a secluded paradise. Breakfast, as always with Indigo, was a highlight. The spread was generous, and every dish was exquisite and delicious, a perfect way to start a beautiful day full of energy. The hotel boasts extensive facilities, including a wide array of water games, a sweat lodge, and even an e-sports room. The beach for seaside strolls also has wonderfully soft sand. Taking a leisurely walk along it truly maximizes that relaxed vacation vibe. The hotel service was also fantastic! We checked in on my husband's birthday, and I had communicated with the account manager, Anna, in advance. She helped arrange a cake, red wine, and a card – all very thoughtful and heartwarming. The staff were always prompt in providing any help we needed. I absolutely loved this perfectly balanced experience! The hotel's travel photography service is of high quality, offering makeup and styling. The photos taken within this design-forward hotel are absolutely stunning. GGuest UserThe good: The manager, Stanley, was very professional and ready to help when we needed it. The sea view is the best I've had in Hainan. I came to this hotel again mainly for the view. You can even hear the waves from the room and see the stars at night. Many people complain about the breakfast in the comment section, but it's not bad at all. There's different kinds of fruit, bread, coffee, eggs and write a few other dishes. It's definitely not five star, but my girlfriend and I (she's Chinese and I'm Canadian) enjoyed a long breakfast every morning. There's barely ever anybody on the beach and it's okay to go for dip in the sea, but you're technically not supposed to swim in it. There's a an area about 700 meters from the hotel where you can find different restaurants. The pool is very nice but isn't heated. You can easily get around just walking, renting the electric bikes and calling a taxi to get to some hiking spots. We didn't find it necessary to rent a car despite being remote. The bad: You are technically not supposed to swim in the sea. The pool is too cold to comfortably swim in when the weather is not hot. The cleaning service does just an okay job on cleaning the room. There's no really good restaurants around that we could find. Although I find this to be a problem in most areas of Hainan. There is no real variation of food. There's no breathing in the rooms. Bring snacks because it's hard to find food in the afternoon unless you order from the town, but then you have to wait for it to arrive and the options are limited. There is a gym but with limited equipment.

JJing wu xihow to say. . It's not bad. The lobby is magnificent, but the facilities inside are not very good. I live on the 6th floor, the top floor, and there is a huge cockroach in the corner of the balcony, haha. The swimming pool downstairs is quite big. On Saturdays, there is a bubble fight. The water on the beach downstairs is made of real glass, and there are warnings everywhere that it is strictly prohibited to go into the sea, but you can go into the sea. It's okay, and there is also a meal. A complimentary dinner is a bad review. The parent-child room must be for more than three people, and the staple food is not enough. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory. There is a small town one kilometer away from the hotel, which is quite convenient for eating.

A newly renovated B&B. There is another one next door that is also owned by the owner. The decoration style is very good, but there is no elevator. If there are elderly people living there, you can consider staying in the building next door (with an elevator). The road facing the street is a bit narrow and the road surface is not very good. B&B The space at the entrance is only enough to park two cars. If you are a novice driver, it is better to park in a parking space on the roadside and then walk in. The other side of the hotel is facing the sea, and there is a swimming pool and free sea catching tools downstairs. The interior decoration style of the room is very refreshing, but the water pressure is not enough. Overall, it's great. If you have a budget, it's recommended to choose a sea view room first for a full experience.

DDominic FHotel Sanya Terran is the kind of place that inspires you to start writing a novel. When I arrived there in the late evening around midnight or a bit after, the entrance lobby had me entranced, as it was serenaded in a blue glow, trickling different shades and layers of neon and dark blue. It added an aura of mystery, as not many people were around. As I stayed there for a number of days, I felt, at times, like I was in an adventure novel. There are gigantic stone decorations that make it feel like you are walking through an ancient ruin. Long glass corridors wrap around many parts of the building and align with rows of hotel rooms (in one of the bldgs). The pool is lovely and nestled in between the two wings of the hotel. The second wing of the hotel has rooms and the fitness center, where many holiday-goers are active taking instructed classes. There were times were it felt like I was in an elaborate lair setting in a video game. The front lobby has grand seating arrangements, one of which has a foot pool recessed inside the main couch lounge near the front desk. Overall, it was wonderful, and I was able to meet some interesting individuals. The room was immaculate and a giant steal at that price. Just a note: when ordering takeout (esp. Western food), many shops are further away, and may not be able to deliver to the hotel. It's better to go into the nearby town to find food. The hotel manager was kind enough to drive me there one night. I look forward to going there again and continuing the thrilling adventure✨
