We stayed at Ibis namphu 3 nights while waiting for departing to China tour. The hotel had very good selection for family we had 3 peoples in the family, we selected triple room, they had 2 bed and 1 separate room bed which very nice for three of us. The breakfast is also good, staffs are very nice and helpful. Great locations easy access to city, markets and many tourist attractions.

Great place to stay with excellent service, clean and cosy rooms and a very good restaurant too Ind an colonial style building in the old city centre. Very clean pool and very caring and friendly staff in all the hotel We enjoyed our stay a lot and hope to be back one day.

Had a wonderful stay at the Eastin Hotel Vientiane! The hotel's riverside location offered stunning views of the Mekong River and Thailand opposite. The staff were super friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including delicious local dishes. Plus, the free shuttle service to the night market was a great perk! The hotel's app made managing facilities a breeze. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, amenities, and prime location!

Newer high rise accommodation with a great pool. The rooms are large and comfortable. A few things missing like a safe, pool towels. First room we got was uncleaned and not serviced. We were moved to another room. The room was well set up. Not much available for the kitchen area. A funkie smell in the kitchen, toilet area. Cleaners came daily but were a bit hit and miss.

My favorite Vientiane hotel of all time. The service is incredibly excellent without any expectations. The staffs all are very helpful especially Tam and Na . The room is spacious, despite the hotel building is behind another building but peaceful. Highly recommend this hotel. will comeback again. Thank for a smooth and wonderful service.
