The service and assistance at the reception was just great, highly appreciated - great advice on restaurants and cooperative approach in our individual requests with the little kids. The room was clean. Meals at breakfast wasn’t that great choice as we expected, but it depends on purposes of the stay, we stayed just one night in the hotel with the family and it was enough. Location is also fantastic - you are just in the middle of everything.

The shower was poorly waterproofed, resulting in a significant amount of water leaking out onto the bathroom floor by the door.

Great location, right across from LV (a bit too tempting for the wallet, haha). However, it's genuinely very close to Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and other main attractions, which really adds to the overall enjoyment of your trip.

The location is perfect for tourist like me, lots of attractions are within walk in distance. The staff was also quite nice, helpful and friendly. The only downside was my room is facing the street, sound proof of the room was a 7/10.

Perfect location next to all the top brands in the world! The reception team is very pleasant as we walk in and out all the time, taking a break from our shopping etc An important aspect is that we felt safe in this hotel, especially when we read and heard so much about Barcelona. Room size is decent and we had good 6 nights sleep here. The housekeeping team can be more meticulous to raise a bar for the hotel overall

Nice location just next to Casa Mila and great service to allocate the room with nice view. Recommend this hotel to everyone interested in staying at Barcelona.

Unbeatable location!

Fantastic location right in the heart of town! You have to pick Condes if you are serious shopping at Hermes Chanel and LouisVuitton because it’s right smack in the middle of these 3. Dior and Loewe are also just a few more steps away. Best choice without having to lug all the shopping back. Room is huge and luxurious, opt for the Balcony for a top view of the city. And the TaxFree claims refund office is just across the road!

The location is excellent and clean, but a little old, the electric curtains are a little scary, but living on Thanksgiving Avenue is convenient, and it is also convenient to take the subway. It is a great choice. Especially you can step on the floor tiles designed by Gaudi.

The hotel is in a very good location, near famous shops and many restaurants, close to the subway station, and the hotel facilities are basically complete. The only thing is that I originally booked a twin room, but when I got there, there was only one large bed, so I needed an extra bed, which made the sleep quite uncomfortable. Overall, I am satisfied.

The environment is bad, the food quantity is small, the bathroom is leaking, and you have to wade out of the bathroom in the water after taking a shower late at night. The hotel changed the room, but the room light could not be turned off, and the hotel workers had to use a ladder to remove the light bulb before you could sleep. I strongly recommend not to stay here.
