Cricklewood Lodge Hotel

the hotel location somehow good but the facilities wasn't good there is no fan or aircondition and you have to ask the reception for it

Charming welcoming staff and the room was beyond immaculate. Six power points in the room, a huge plus! I’d certainly stay here again and happily recommend it.

Front desk person at check in was very nice However, first room assigned smelled like smoke. Heavy heavy smoke. If the room had been recently cleaned there's no way they should have assigned it. We were reassigned to another room few flight of stairs no Lyft. It still smelled like a smoke but wasn't too bad. It was a cold December night in London, their heat radiator is centralized. They mentioned that it comes in every 2 hours, but could give us a heater. After sight seeing, we asked for a heater, the guy at the front reluctantly gave us a heater but it did not work. Never could turn it on. Switch doesn't work .We were so cold, we slept with several clothes on. Since we were there for 2 days, we just didn't bother complaining anymore. The carpet looks dirty.the second bed in the room had a stain on the sheets. Random door with a locked key in the bedroom don't know where it leads, but had a bright reflected light that brightens the whole room while sleeping. The space between the toilet and the wall does not fit anyone taller than 5 ft. A lot smaller than the typical European standard.

There were stains on the bedcovers. It did not seem very clean. It had old carpets which were dusty. The rooms were in the basement, it was ekstremely warm in the room and hard to turn off the radiator. It was smelly. There were no pressure in the water. It was very noise- you could hear everything going on outside the hotel and inside the hotel. The location was good and the staff was kind.

Rooms were a little cold and outdated but the beds were comfy and the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite

It was a really bad stay.. The rooms were very uncomfortable, there was no trashbin for the bathroom you had to throw bathroom trash items in the big bin in the room which is not hygienic. The floors in the room were so lumpy it felt like there was missing floorboards and the carpet in the room was very dirty and rough. The bathroom had a weird type of faucet waterfall design where u could see dirt in it which was very concerning, bedsheets had spots and dirt on them, but on a positive note the cleaning lady was very helpful and nice i think she was the only good thing about this experience! The walls of the hotel was not soundproof at all, you could hear people talking/yelling and walking by the room or in the stairs like it was right in the room with us. The door was broken by the lock so it looked like someone broke in the room. it was just a very uncomfortable visit and i would not recommend it to anybody im afraid.. The staff was very nice but the quality of the hotel was just very very bad. I had other photos but they were too blury!

This hotel is great if you're looking for a value option. You get everything you need. I've paid much more for similar quality hotels. I would stay again. This may not be the best choice for a hot summer night, no air conditioning and close to a main road.

I stayed in the single room and I really liked the setting of the room, especially its bathroom and toilet. However, its a shame the room hasn't got a refrigerator for cooling milk, veg, etc.

The place was not the cleanest. When we first got into the room it had a bad/weird odor, we had to open all windows despite it being cold. The area is not the nicest. We did not feel the safest walking outside past dark. You get what you pay for here. It was okay, but i wouldn't stay again
