"Very close to the conference center, many buses are here. There are coop and many restaurants nearby. At the peak of the conference, I placed two orders for three nights. The staff was very intimate to become three consecutive nights. There was no need to check in and check out repeatedly. The staff are very warm and friendly and will choose here next time you come to Basel."
"Across the street from Basel Train Station, the Baroque architecture is very pleasing to the eye. The bedding is comfortable and hygienic, and the breakfast is very good. The production, taste and variety are excellent, better than the average European hotel. Freshly squeezed juice and salmon are provided. It is the most pleasant breakfast among all the hotels in Europe. Very good!"
"It is right in front of the station, so it is very convenient to travel around Basel.
It was a bit narrow because it was a single room, but there was no inconvenience to go on a business trip alone.
But if you're sleeping bright, you might be a little uncomfortable with the sound of the trams.
I recommend it to those who are not sensitive. .^^"

"Excellent location, close to Basel landmark Zhongqiao. Choose a room with a view of the Rhine River, open the window to see passing vehicles and pedestrians on the bridge. There is also a gingerbread store next to the hotel, which is super convenient for buying souvenirs."
"All parts and rooms of the hotel are full of history, exquisite decoration, exquisite supplies, and the hygiene and environment are very good. The service is proactive, thoughtful and meticulous, the highest level in Basel."
"I’m travelling with family of 8ppls and staying in this hotel for 2nights. Out of 4rooms, all 3 rooms with issue like smelly room (like dead body inside the room), only one lightbulb is working, door knob got issue, stuffy room.. too many issue that we don’t know where shud we start to complaint. Old hotel and need a lot improvement. Check in staff is friendly. Breakfast consider average. No photo because nothing to shot out with."
"The room itself is OK, the location is OK. But because there is no air conditioning, it is still a bit stuffy at night, you can find the front desk to borrow an electric fan, Dyson, but there is no remote control, the wind speed is the most noisy. I saw a toothbrush before booking but no. The point is to find two earplugs when looking for a toothbrush! I am curious why the hotel provides this, and I will know it at night. That is noisy, upstairs is the hotel's bar and breakfast room, either the sound of moving tables and chairs or playing music, what is more terrible is that the two street bars in front and back of the hotel are open, all kinds of sounds, music, screaming, roaring... 4:30 in the morning is not over, crazy, Except for children, adults can still sleep. It's useless to take sleeping pills. Extremely not recommended this one."
"Hotel traffic is still very convenient, but self-check-in is really bad, the hotel will send an email to let us fill in the message, self-check-in. But I ordered a few orders, one of which never found the email. When I checked in on the same day, I directly replied that we could not check in. In the end, I coordinated the processing and processed it for half an hour. I also gave us a few options. Timely processing for Trip.com , We are still very satisfied with the results."
"It takes about five minutes to walk to the city center. The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is large and very comfortable. There are relatively many breakfast options. Overall very satisfied."
"The room is poorly soundproofed, and the floor upstairs creaks when stepped on. It's speechless. It's the first time I booked a self-check-in. The gate requires a password to enter. There is no check-in guide when booking on Ctrip. I waited for a long time until someone opened the door and slipped in. Ctrip asked the hotel agent but there was no response. Fortunately, there were other people in the restaurant who kindly gave me directions. There is a shared kitchen. 700 yuan is not bad, right? The socket of this one is small, and the power ***** cannot be used. I used this when I went to France before. Fortunately, their USB can be used, so it dealt with it for one night."

Amazing
FFUNG YEE BELINDAHotel at very convenient location, providing easy access to different means of public transport. Both the public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and brightly lit. The room is very spacious indeed, and the water in the tub is strong and hot enough.
The breakfast was on the whole good, except that there's some recurrent confusion in the order of omelettes because of seemingly poor coordination in the manpower and order-taking arrangements. Hope that could be improved.
YYunjungThe location is bit far from the center but the surrounding environment is peaceful. Staffs are helpful and supportive. However, there is no usb charging port so bring Swiss charger!
GGuest UserWe took our kids to Basel for two days. We took bus 50 from the airport and transferred to bus 30 at Basel SBB to get to the hotel. Bus 30 is right outside the hotel, and bus 14 is a short turn away to get to the city center. Bus 30 transfers to bus 8 to get to the Tri-Border Bridge. The hotel offers a Basel card. The hotel is very new, but I had a room on the street side, and every time a car passed by, it was very noisy when I was sleeping at night. But the facilities and beds were very new and clean. The breakfast was not as rich as other reviews wrote. I think if it is not Sunday, I can choose not to have breakfast in the hotel and eat outside.
GGuest UserThe originally designated room was still not ready at 5 pm. So I got another room. Nice yet small room with a nice view. Only negative point was the
hotel is located right next to a tram station and the Basel fair close to Basel Badischer Bahnhof. It s a high rise building with hotelrooms up to floor 14. There is an independant bar on the 30st floor in the same building with spectacular views. Hotel guests get a free Basel card with allows to use public transport for free and lots of half price things to do like museums, zoo etc.
XXiamenbiaogeThe location of the hotel is good, next to the European train station SBB, it is very convenient to travel by taxi and public transportation. The biggest problem is that there is no air-conditioning. It is only the beginning of June, and the outdoor temperature is as high as 28 degrees at noon. There is no air-conditioning indoors, and the sunlight is direct (European latitude is high, and the sun's slope is not large in summer), and the indoor temperature is as high as 34-36 degrees! I couldn't sleep at all. I asked the front desk and said that the temperature is relatively low at night and it will cool down. The room is not ventilated and it won't cool down at all! Only a small electric fan is provided, and I have no sleep all night! When booking a hotel in Europe, you must ask whether there is air conditioning. 80% of hotels in Europe do not have air conditioning, which is unbearable in summer! This is still a European four-star hotel!
GGuest UserVery satisfied hotel, super cost-effective. There is a bus city card at the front desk, free transportation, and the museum is folded. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, and you can have a high-quality sleep.
IINDIGO6This is a recently renovated hostel with a modern design that stands out among the hostels I've stayed at.
However, since it's completely self-service, the check-in process is difficult. I thought I could just ask a staff member, but no one was there, so it was difficult.
I was able to check in by phone, but it seemed difficult at first glance. From morning to evening (around 6pm?), the staff at the restaurant attached to the hostel are available to help and store luggage, but they are only there to help, so they cannot confirm reservations.
The entrance is from a courtyard-like area opposite the street, so it was difficult to find.
It was a dormitory, but there were bath towels and soap in the shower room, and it was overall clean and I was satisfied with my stay.
RRachelsparklesThe whole journey was amazing. Switzerland is the cleanest country I’ve been to and this hotel fulfills my expectations. There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!
