This hotel is one of my favourite hotels in Batu Pahat. The location is great and no parking problem. The Double Room is tidy and comfy, however the size is quite small, not easy to moving around for 2 persons. There is not much place to put your belongings too, just put them on the floor.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Batu Pahat

I booked this budget and basic hotel because of its location very close to Hutan Lipur Soga Perdana(4 min drive), price is affordable too. Easy to get food and Free parking, The environment was quiet and cozy, cleanliness could have been better especially the bathroom and towel(yellowish). Anyway, it was still a pleasant stay!

I recently stayed at Katerina Hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The hotel is well-located, offering both convenience and relaxation. The room was modern, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I especially enjoyed the quality of the breakfast and the peaceful ambiance. It’s a perfect place for both business and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

NNurfarhanaGood location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great

NNorfarhana firdus/The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist.

During checkout my son was accused for a missing glass in a bathroom. My son told me the glass was not there when he entered the room and why on earth my son want to take the glass ... we have plenty of better ones at home. No broken glass pieces was seen in the room. The reception keep on stating that the housekeeping said it was there. First they did not do a walk in with the guest during room entering to confirm the glass was there and not even a notice the glass should be in the room. I ended paying rm20 for a shitty glass and don't have time to argue as we are rushing to pay my passing uncle a last respect before the funeral. So my advice is to be careful with this hotel! It's not about the money but you cannot accused people without a proper SOP at the first place! NOT COMING HERE!
