KalayangThis hotel is right next to Repulse Bay, and you can walk to 'Good Taste Oyster Chicken Hotpot' in just two minutes. The staff were warm and attentive, making for a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and hygienic. From the facilities and environment to the overall layout, this place is truly unique. The rooftop restaurant offers direct views of the Zhuhai Opera House ('Sun and Moon Bay') and the Love Post Office. They even provide complimentary late-night snacks; check out the pictures for more details!

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! They even thoughtfully provided sunshades for cars parked outside. Check-in was super quick, and staff assisted with luggage all the way to our room. The sea view was absolutely stunning! This time we stayed in the Candy House room with our child, and they were able to play independently the whole time. The hotel also has an amusement park where kids can easily spend half a day. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise directly from the room – it was amazing 🌄. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. We were in the VIP building, and just across the lobby on the 3rd floor was the hotel swimming pool, which was quiet and comfortable.
The hotel is also conveniently located right across the street from the beach 🏖️. In the evenings, there are various snack streets and seafood stalls within a 10-minute walk for dinner, offering great value for money. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very rich, with lots of desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 👍

AnjingganjingxiexieFacilities: Generally decent, but there was a musty smell in the room, probably due to the carpet.
Hygiene: Visible areas were fine, but the TV cabinet was moldy, as shown in the picture.
Environment: Among Hilton, St. Regis, and Sheraton, I chose Sheraton to watch the fireworks, as I heard the Hilton had the Macau Tower blocking the view and St. Regis was too high up. However, I found that the Sheraton's view also had issues: the fireworks boat and the bottom of the fireworks were blocked by the bridge piers, as shown in the picture.
Service: When checking in on the morning of October 4th, the staff member on the far left was very professional; you could tell she was an experienced employee.
There was a lack of crowd control outside. While I was checking in, a young woman inexplicably stood beside me, and then when I was getting my room key, a young lady with her boyfriend cut in line from the exit. It was frustrating; they're not even 'aunties' yet, but their behavior already is.

Guest UserI chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station and Gongbei Port. Initially, I planned to stay one night and then move to a quieter hotel, but I ended up canceling my other reservation the next day and extending my stay here.
Let me highlight a few things that exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, the bathroom fixtures were excellent, and the shower and bathtub were separate. They even provided daily drip coffee, which was a nice touch.
I'm particular about swimming pools, and the indoor heated pool was the biggest plus of this trip. The water was crystal clear, the pool walls were spotless, and the changing rooms even had floor towels laid out in the showers, which I've never seen before. I forgot my swim cap, and instead of making me buy one on the spot, they lent me one. The daily maintenance was superb, with the water temperature consistently maintained at a comfortable level. The adjacent gym, with its scenic view, was also fully equipped. In such a prime downtown location, having such a well-equipped and well-maintained pool is truly rare.
The hotel isn't new, but the room had no strange odors, excellent soundproofing, and comfortable bedding. Even in a bustling city, I could sleep peacefully at night. Overall, this hotel doesn't rely on fancy packaging; instead, it focuses on solid service, facilities, and location – the core aspects. It doesn't win by gimmicks but by genuine quality. Even though I didn't have a sea-view room, I could still see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. It's definitely worth a return visit.
The cuisine at the top-floor Jinyuexuan restaurant was high-end, clearly the work of a master chef, yet the prices were reasonable with various discounts. You can request a window seat, and I happened to catch the sunset last night, which was absolutely delightful.
I sincerely recommend this place; you won't be disappointed.

登家老六This Marriott offers excellent value for money. The bathroom is spacious with good facilities, including a full set of Kohler fixtures and a stone bench for a great shower/bath experience. Besides the desk, there's also a sofa table in the room, which is perfect for families, allowing two people to have their own workspace. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and they reserved adjacent rooms on the same floor for us. The large parking lot is close to the hotel's main entrance, offers free parking, and easy access. The swimming pool is open from early morning until 9 PM, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 meters and a length of 20-25 meters. Outside, there's a jacuzzi, and inside the changing rooms, there's a hot tub. With five elevators, waiting times are minimal. It's just a few minutes' drive from the Zhuhai Grand Theater (Sun & Moon Shell), and nearby there's the Balcony shopping complex and Jingshan Cable Car. The beach is within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again.

Guest UserIt's an old hotel. The exterior and lobby still look pretty good and luxurious, but the facilities inside the room are old and outdated. The bathtub was broken, and a worker came and said they'd fix it the next day, but they never did. The bedside lamp was broken, there was mold on the ceiling, and the light switches weren't labeled so it was impossible to tell which controlled what... The mattress wasn't very comfortable; I felt a significant wobble every time I turned over. However, the breakfast was quite rich, and the pool was relatively clean.

To celebrate our anniversary, we came to Zhuhai to watch the fireworks, and I was delighted to stay at The St. Regis. Winnie, the front desk attendant, added me on WeChat and became a thoughtful concierge. When I mentioned how much I loved rabbits, Winnie specially arranged for a small rabbit to be placed in our room, hoping we would have a wonderful anniversary. At checkout, knowing my fondness for their amenities, she thoughtfully prepared some for me to take home. Meeting such a considerate concierge made my trip doubly enjoyable.
The hotel rooms are large and luxurious, and the tableware perfectly suited my aesthetic. The breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order shakshuka with seafood pasta, which was delicious. The hotel offers 24-hour tea service, delivered on demand. While the disposable paper cups felt a bit less formal, it's not a big deal as you can always use the room's own cups to add a touch of elegance. In the evening, turn-down service included preparing cups, water, and eye masks. You can also request a bubble bath, which was a five-star service. Waking up and pulling back the curtains to see the ocean view immediately brightened my mood; the view alone made it worth it. St. Regis, I look forward to seeing you again!

Guest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations; it's the best hotel experience I've had recently, genuinely deserving a full five-star rating! First and foremost, the cleanliness, which is my top priority, was completely reassuring. The hotel overall was clean and tidy, with the lobby and public areas of the hallways consistently dry and neat, free from odors and clutter. Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality.
The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs.
The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!

The sea view suite was absolutely fantastic. Both the bedroom and living room had large windows offering stunning views of the sea and beach. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing.
On Saturday morning, they offered a complimentary island tour and an aromatherapy session, which was a lovely bonus.
The hotel restaurant's cuisine was excellent; the squid was particularly delicious! It's also the closest resort to the pier, just a 10-minute walk away.
