To be improved:
1) Smoke smell everywhere although hotel is supposed to be non smoking.
2) WiFi is sluggish.
The good things:
1) The counter staff are great - helpful and cheerful.
2) The room is equipped with everything a traveller needs.

賓館的地理位置和自然環境都不錯，房間內的衞生也不錯。煙霧報警檢查一下吧，有點小插曲還給了補償。行理寄存很方便，外套落房間了，服務員幫收拾起來，總之非常好。

酒店位置比較好，離好多景點都挺近，出行非常便利，房間衞生乾淨整潔，前台服務也非常熱情周到，提出的問題耐心解答，還幫我查了景點的路線，讓人感覺很温馨，酒店吃飯很方便，早餐自助也挺豐富，強力推薦！下次還會選擇

周邊交通方便，房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務人員態度好，帶孩子來北京看病，年前來了好幾次，每次一個人領着孩子嫌拿着行李不當麪就寄存，服務人員都給寄存，這次真是存了倆個多月，有點太久了，沒想到到店之後前台看到我就知道我是誰，就把行李幼兒推車都給我找出來，還給我把孩子丟在房間裏的小玩具用塑料袋裝好給我們了，小小的一個舉動真是太暖心了

去北京旅遊的，賓館位置優越交通便利，特別好找出門就有公交車，離景點都很近，訂的特價房，工作人員幫忙升級了房間換了一個採光好點的，前台小姐姐熱情，真的是有求必應，賓館內沒有電梯，我帶了個特別大的行李箱，工作人員主動幫忙搬到房間了，賓館內還有餐廳，出來玩的趕時間衹吃早餐，下次去可以嚐嚐晚餐，真的是麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，值得推薦👍
