Clean and Comfortable. Very recommend to everyone want to stay around tian an men but it’s quite loud and has cigarette smells in the night.

先説有點，酒店位置不錯，就在大柵欄裏面，出進購物都很方便。酒店工作人員也很熱情，很耐心，很禮貌，有求必應的那種。還幫我們一家三口安排了比較大的房間！
但是！酒店基礎設施實在不敢恭維，基本沒有隔音，樓道里的任何動靜房間裏都聽的一清二楚！保潔阿姨扯塑料袋的聲音都能聽見！
房間每天打掃，保潔阿姨每天都幫我們把床打掃的乾乾淨淨，但是床品老舊破損給人一種臟兮兮錯覺！
毛巾和浴巾也是一樣，舊的發黑。
即便是快捷酒店，也難免讓人有點失望。

五星好評，位置特別好找，離地鐵站超近，離天安門也很近，帶着孩子來看升旗儀式。過來很方便。服務人員態度都非常好，又主動又熱情，還有幫忙解決小問題😁

地理位置相當好，整條街都是買的吃的，相當於上海的南京路！一共住了4晚！早上去天安門看升旗，出門左轉彎，過一條馬路然後往廣場方向走到底，一定要過馬路後往廣場方向！
衞生：不能説不乾淨，但有些細節的地方還不是很到位！
服務：蠻好的，前台和打掃衞生的阿姨都很好，晚上回來房間收拾的很乾凈，家庭房礦泉水4瓶一天！
我們的房間靠馬路有窗户但不吵，走廊隔音能接受！
另外這家酒店空調給滿分💯，炒雞暖和，在北京5天温度最高是0度，晚上睡的太太舒服了！
下次有機會來北京還是繼續選這裏！
